At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. Children up to 3 years free, up to 5 years €7.00, crib and highchair are available.

On the farm, in addition to an idyllic park, horses, chickens and cows await your visit. Ideally, you can start your excursions by bike on the Weser, the canoe on the Weser on historical, sporting and natural history routes. Farm produce such as asparagus and eggs are offered seasonally.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
