Хороший вариант переночевать, близко к подъемникам. Есть общая кухня где можно воспользоваться чайником, есть опция завтраков за доплату. Баня не включена в стоимость проживания, ее нужно бронировать отдельно (на странице комплекса это нигде не указано), стоимость на двух человек около 100 долларов в общей парной.

It was a very nice stay with a wonderful mountain view. Hotel provided everything we needed, including breakfasts. We got stuck in a traffic jam on arrival date but the guys were waiting for us the whole night. Guys also gave us a couple of advise on how to get across Georgia when our driver abandoned the trip. Highly recommend.

Central location, really helpful staff.

We had a great time. everything was clean and the staff were pleasent. even on the downtime we enjoyed playing pool downstairs in the shared area. the food was homemade and delicious, although there wasnt much to choose from, its what they cooked that same meal goes for everyone. overall had a very good stay.

NOA hotel is at the top of the mountain looking at the entire city, very clean and pleasant place. Location great walking distance from Rooms Hotel which has the best view as well. If you are anything like me ask them to serve breakfast early otherwise its usually served around 8-9. :) We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone

Easy to find and great location right off the street between Tbilisi and Stepantsminda. It's only a 20 minute walk to the ski resort. It would be nice if guests could use the kitchen to cook (only fridge, microwave and kettle are allowed) but this was clear from the listing beforehand. Very clean and cozy room. We can only recommend this place, it's great for skiing at Gudauri!

Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

Amazing Holiday, Cozy Home with a Great Host Our family absolutely loved this place for our winter holiday. The home is so cozy, especially with the fireplace in the room, which was prepared by the host. The shuttle to the ski slopes was super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the family, and the view was definitely a big plus. We feel so grateful to have found this hotel, there’s no place better than this. Most importantly, Lado is an amazing host. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He’s incredibly kind, and our kids keep saying what a great man he is. He went above and beyond to help us in every way possible, even suggesting everything we might need. The kitchen served delicious Georgian food that we all loved, even though it was our first time trying it. We also tried the sauna in the room, which was fantastic. We truly hope to visit Hotel Panorama Gudauri again next time

Great apartment, easy walk to gondola and restaurants but far enough away from the busy bars to be quiet

Andrii er en fantastisk vært, som bl.a. hjalp os med at arrangere paragliding, anbefale bager, lokal vib og så laver han en forrygende god kop kaffe. Opholdet var langt bedre end forventet. Vi vil så gerne anbefale Gogi og Andrii.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und schöne Lage. Es ist ein Balkon dabei wo man gut den Tag ausklingen lassen und den ausblick genießen kann. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Отличное жилье, останавливался с семьей, номера теплые, хотя обычно с этим есть проблема в других домиках, на улице ночью было -8, в комнате было тепло и очень уютно. Номер чистый, очень аккуратный, все нужное есть. Новая мебель. В ванной так же все замечательно и тепло. Нам очень понравилось!

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Tea est une hôtesse très bienveillante envers ses hôtes. La chambre était propre et bien rangée avec une terrasse commune sur tous les étages. Petit quit de nécessaire de toilette à disposition dans la salle de bain. Le logement se trouve en face d'une grande rue passante, mais en bons voyageurs prévoyant que nous sommes avec les boules kies ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. Emplacement proche de toutes commodités, supérette en face, restaurants et minibus à 200m
