In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

The yurt is beautifully furnished, with a lot of love for detail. The mattress of the bed was great and you don't roll into each other. The garden is beautifully designed with plenty of seating for several guests. We had everything we needed and the contact with Judith was super nice. Both the yurt and the bathroom were clean and in the living room there is a refrigerator as well as toaster, coffee maker and kettle for basic needs. We were thrilled and make a very clear recommendation, whether you stay in the yurt or in one of the guest rooms.

Great house in a great idyllic, very quiet location, very nicely furnished rooms, good mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped, it lacks a few utensils and especially larger pots if you want to cook with 8 people. The dishwasher was broken; unfortunately, the landlord could not repair it on site either. Overall, however, a great place to stay that is worth the price.
