Home was beautiful and backyard was very nice looking. The pool was enjoyable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Went with a group of 8 and it was spacious enough for everyone!

Our stay was wonderful! This little gem was such a pleasant surprise to find. The villa is beautiful and is just a few steps away from a private beach. If a romantic getaway is what you are looking for or for a secluded relaxing stay, this little slice of paradise will fit the bill.

Great stay in Isabella and VERY clean. It was super comfy, provided everything you needed and is located in a quiet area. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home with our family (2 adults, 4 teens and in-laws). The house was clean, private, and steps from the beach — a peaceful and beautiful setting. It had everything we needed, including 2 fridges, a gas grill, and a generator (which gave us peace of mind). We loved the nearby bakery with fresh “pan sobao” and great meals, plus easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. On our first day, we even bought fresh fish from local fishermen right on the beach! Jessica and Roberto were wonderful hosts — quick to respond and very attentive. When we had a concern about the pool, Roberto came right away. This home is perfect for both families and couples. Highly recommended — we hope to return!

Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

Had such a great stay here! We spent so much time lounging and enjoying the sun by the pool and the breeze as it flowed through the house when the windows were open—so peaceful. The view from the top bedroom was absolutely incredible, especially in the mornings. Plus, Lindsey & Whit were super thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne, which made for the best morning mimosas. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Campomar. It’s pretty unique, tucked away against the cliff and next to a horse ranch. Walking distance to our favorite dive spot and island restaurant. The pool area and plantings are a lovely centerpiece and really make the place great. So nice to come home to that and cool off after a hot day at the beach. Our host Kelda was super helpful when needed and never far away. Would definitely go back.

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Nathalia was responsive and made the check in and check out process simple. The villa was in a great location with good amenities. Would recommend for families.

This Villa was the perfect home for our family of six. Access to the beach, pool in the backyard, visiting iguanas, spacious rooms, great kitchen, these were just a few things that made us feel like we were home away from home. Stu was an excellent host with constant communication, clear instructions, and wonderful tips for the area. we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rincon!

This is definitely a 5 star rental! If you are looking into a family beach getaway at Crashboat beach Cocoloba is the stay. Do not hesitate. Clean spacious everything you might need. And the beach is steps away. This home is a must!!!! Thank you Seleena for your kindness. You are appreciated. Their Restaurant and beach bar also a great place to hang out eat and play games with the family. 5 🌟star service. Security at entrance was super kind. Food and drinks good. Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

Wow! Miguel & Leslie are the hostess with the mostest. I was impressed from the moment I arrived to the gated community with a friendly security guard. The minute you open the door to this Airbnb you will be blown away. The decor has a boho chic beach vibes. There were so many thoughtful things available for guests. Such as: beach towels & chairs, umbrellas. The restrooms are stocked with all the toiletries needed. All rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, you name it. The ac’s were a plus. The roof top was perfect and very relaxing to see the beach and hear the waves. The access to the beach from the bridge is amazing. This place is conveniently within minutes of all the best beaches in Isabela. Tons of restaurant to try as well. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—peacefully isolated yet still close enough to everything we needed. The view was breathtaking, easily one of the most beautiful we've ever experienced. The space felt like a hidden gem, ideal for relaxing and recharging. Would 100% visit again. Highly recommend!

We stay at many homes on vacations. This house has everything you need and more. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen. I can go on and on. Steve, the property manager is excellent! The owners are blessed to have him managing their home. Can’t say enough great things!! Thanks and we will be back!
