Our weekend near Trondheim was absolutely amazing! We rented a cozy house for two days, and I have to say, I was in full enthusiasm. The house was warm, cozy and everything we needed for a relaxing break. Perfect for a small family getaway! It really felt like coming home, with a calm atmosphere and nice surroundings. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a simple, yet very pleasant experience near Trondheim. We would gladly came back!

Ytterøya is a small, friendly and very beautiful place. Wenche's lovely house is quietly located on the northwest side of the island, with great views out over Trondheimsfjord. The resting pulse finds its calm and stable level after quite a short time, and with countless opportunities to swim in the fjord, bike around the whole island, and explore the surroundings, it is set up for a quiet, airy and delicious holiday in Wenche's house. The house itself is older, but is upgraded and refurbished with style and personality. A great and new bathroom and kitchen make everyday life easy, and the old bedrooms on the second floor provide night peace in authentic surroundings. But remember! In summer, it is bright at night, and early sunrise is also :) Our little family loved the garden, the hammock, the long bright summer evenings, the deer that came to visit quite often, and the nice bathing water in the fjord just below the house. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend Wenche's house to others!

Great house and location for us who are salmon fishermen in Verdalselva. This was an absolutely amazing experience - the house is beautiful, with a great story behind it. Peaceful rural surroundings and a 20 min walk to shop. We could feel a little like we were traveling back in time! That's all you need to stay here for a week or more. Rolf is a perfect host👍🏻🤩, always responsive, supportive and friendly. We will definitely come back here when we have the chance! Thank you so much again for having us.

This was a gem in the middle of some of the most beautiful we have of nature in Norway. The farm worked perfectly for a large group of people and we felt right home. The host was helpful and flexible that we greatly appreciate. The amenities were of a high standard and we had everything we needed to be able to stay there comfortably. We would gladly came back next time.

House is very clean and tidy and there is a lot of space. Very cozy kitchen and living room with everything you need. Good beds. There is walking distance to the city center and nice host. Recommended.

The charming house is bright, airy and has a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor areas are great and the view is amazing! The place offers many great hiking trails, nice neighbors and a nice dock. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment is very nice, 2 comfortable double beds, clean new bathroom, nice kitchen with all the necessary tools. Washing machine and dishwasher. The location is absolutely perfect with easy access to restaurants, museums, galleries, fishing spots, beach and hiking trails. We will for sure come back to this place and I highly recommend the host for hassle free stay.
