New, very centrally located studio in the oldest city of Luxembourg. The apartment is ideally located in the beautiful city center of Echternach, right next to the basilica. On the doorstep you can start the "Müllerthal Trail," go to the tourist information office, the bakery or the supermarket. The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Central and yet surrounded by nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Self-contained loft, 63 sqm, motto old meets new.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain rushes on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?

Cosy and Modern Studio

Surrounded by breathtaking views, this private modern lower ground studio with natural light is in a peaceful location for a visit to this beautiful region! There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

Vacation home in the countryside

Experience our multifaceted region in our very stylishly furnished apartment. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start directly near the accommodation. Parking space for bicycles available The apartment is in an ideal location to explore the historic Roman city of Trier, the beautiful South Eifel or the Luxembourgish Müllerthal. Numerous excursions in the vicinity. We are very quiet and rural, shopping about 7km.

Old forester's house & alpacas

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach (including a swim area) with its beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

Stay by the park

Small cozy studio apartment with foldaway bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), sofa bed, 50" TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Also suitable for multi-day stays, as spices, oil, pots and pans are available for self-catering. Bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Basement, belonging to the apartment, free use of washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and Wi-Fi.
