The 25 m² room with private bathroom is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained old building. Unfortunately, there is NO KITCHEN, but there is a coffee machine and a water kettle with a selection of coffee and tea. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity.

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available.
