Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. "Kamara" meaning arch in English is a traditional Venetian building made from stone sitting over an archway in a public square. Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. Vines shade the entrance with the living accommodation up on the 1st floor. A sunny spot out on the roof terrace gives a glimpse of sea. It has a bright/airy neutral simplicity ideal for a holiday home.

So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. The beach retreat is found just a few steps away from Stavros' famous beaches, and next to the cafes and restaurants of the village. Although it is situated in the middle of the village, that place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The house is naturally cooled by the thick stone walls of the main building and the openings that bring in the summer breeze. It is found very close to Chania International Airport.

The luxurious Afeidia residence consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and a 55'' TV with international channels and A/C as well as a bathroom. There are two bedrooms with A/C and 32'' TV, one of which has a private bathroom and is equipped with Coco-mat double beds.
