Very spacious with a flexible checkin and responsive host.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful garden and swimming pool with lighting, equipped kitchen and everything you need , there is also a barbecue. A little noisy from the house opposite, but it didn't spoil the impression.

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.  

It was so great staying at this gorgeous home! My entire family had a wonderful time. Ruben and his co-cost Rodel and Joy were so kind and so easy to communicate with, not to mention very helpful. They all made sure our stay would be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Thank you so much, we definitely consider coming back.

Mar is a great host. He provided instructions and several suggestions to make our trip easier. The rooms were clean and very spacious, they are good place to stay for family and friends. Also, the ladies in the counter were very kind and approachable.

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

Super loved this home! We are a group of 35 and we felt that this was the perfect choice for our Boracay teambuilding. The place is walkable to Diniwid Beach, which is a beautiful beach and much less crowded. We also tried walking going to Station 1, which was also enjoyable but may take some time and effort, so I highly suggest that you just take an e-trike if you’re saving time. The rooms are clean, with towels and basic toiletries. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Also very flexible with our needs, like when we had to use their big kitchen as we prepare for our group meals. We truly had a wonderful stay in this place. We also enjoyed the garden as our common area. Rooms are so spacious, each one has a separate full kitchen with utensils! There’s a laundry and water stations right in front. And don’t forget to eat at the restaurant. The food is super yummy and comforting especially when you just arrived at the island. Thank you so much! 😊

We booked Nonna's House for our first Boracay experience as a family. We opted out of the fancy hotels to experience a more homey feels for this trip. Nonna's house did not disappoint at all! The location is perfect for our purpose. We wanted a quiet and serene vacation and we got it! The Din-Iwid beach is a short walk away and is perfect for quiet and peaceful swim. The aesthetic of the house is spot on for those who wants a homey island vibe. It's not too far to stores and there's a scenic beach walk from Din-Iwid Beach to White Beach. Nonna is also very responsive. She gave us recommendations and even checked in on us regarding our stay from time to time. My cherry on top is when I left a valuable item during our early morning check out. Kuya Norlan informed me right away when he saw it and offered his help to send it back to me. Overall, great house and great people. My family loved our stay! Highly recommended to those who seek an island home away from home.

Our first stay in Boracay became more memorable because of this humble house. The place was so warm & peaceful. We felt well-rested the whole stay. The place was way more beautiful in person—the pictures don't even give justice to its intricate design. The host was always proactive during the stay. We even had cute interactions with their cute furbabies, most especially, Natasha 🐶❤️ Overall, this place was totally worth it for its price! We will definitely be back. The place was a great help for us to reset on our personal lives. Thank you very much & we will definitely see you again soon! 😊👍🏼

Overall great experience! We are 10 persons and we fit in. However, lacking blanket but still fine! So convinient

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was so pretty and very spacious. Power went off but it went back shortly after. The staff were very helpful and kind. The host was considerate and responsive. Great place overall

Loved the location. And the surroundings. Beach was close and easy to walk to and Restaraunt were on the other side of the island so it was a 10min walk to get there though you get to see a lot walking through.
