Our first stay in Boracay became more memorable because of this humble house. The place was so warm & peaceful. We felt well-rested the whole stay. The place was way more beautiful in person—the pictures don't even give justice to its intricate design. The host was always proactive during the stay. We even had cute interactions with their cute furbabies, most especially, Natasha 🐶❤️ Overall, this place was totally worth it for its price! We will definitely be back. The place was a great help for us to reset on our personal lives. Thank you very much & we will definitely see you again soon! 😊👍🏼

We had a perfect stay at Jeena and Jason’s place! Jason was on hand at check-in to show us around the property, and we were delighted to find cold water and coffee provided. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning open-plan living room upstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We loved the kitchen area, which was perfect for cooking, and felt completely at ease surrounded by the ‘jungle’ vibe—a blend of local style with high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with high-pressure (warm!) showers. The location is an ideal balance between remoteness and accessibility: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Dinwid Beach, yet totally peaceful enough to avoid noise from neighbours or roads. The garden area was a highlight, beautiful greenery offering a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience! We are 10 persons and we fit in. However, lacking blanket but still fine! So convinient

The communication with the host was excellent. The maid at the accommodation (Manilou) was lovely also. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but the host fixed this straight away. The villa is private and down a narrow lane but our luggage was brought to the accommodation for us (extra service). Boracay is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The villa is away from the main area but just a trike ride away which Manilou was able to sort for us.

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.  

If you want a quite private place away from clutter. This is it. Everything was super good. It is next to one of best beaches and all tuktuk knows this place so always easy to get here. They don’t have Air Con, neither they have claimed anywhere that they have but I missed reading it so thought would be good to mention. But to be honest the wind is so nice that it doen’t one. They provide with fans so it is enough. They even let me overstay for 4/5 hrs since my flight was later in day and arranged tuktuk when I needed one. I’ll for sure come back here again. I loved the place. I would definitely recommend to allz

This stunning retreat is the ultimate choice for a serene and private escape on Carabao Island. The panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The entire home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and exclusivity. The caretaker provided exceptional service—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Our 3-day, 2-night stay felt far too short. We’ll definitely return for a longer, more indulgent experience.

A lovely place in the centre of Boracay. Behind the gate was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Close to the main beach front and all shops. Awesome staff!!! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The hosts and the caretaker are super accommodating. Everything is clean and pristine. It’s a trike ride away from the main beach but there are 2 small beaches in walking distance . The place is so peaceful and serene. When it's time to go, the caretaker will also call you an e-tryke so you won't have to walk to the main road. We really enjoyed our relaxed and peaceful vaccation.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained—just as shown in the photos. had a wonderful 3 weeks here , about a ten minute e trike ride from D mall . very quiet and peaceful location . beach is only a 7 minute walk away . Great host ,always there to help if called upon , maybe see you next year 8-)

Martin’s place exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the moment we booked, he was very responsive and accommodating, promptly answering our questions and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which gave us extra time to settle in and enjoy the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by his housekeeper, Ate Jemma, who was not only super friendly but also easy to talk to. She made us feel right at home and ensured everything we needed was ready. The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had a peaceful and relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was great for morning walks and sunsets. For the price, it was a fantastic value. You can really tell Martin puts care into making the place comfortable for guests. We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Clean apartment, amazing location walking distance from the beach, and a responsive host who will work with you if any questions need to be answered. All those positives along with an amazing price, what more do you need? Also it’s situated in Station 3, literally less than a minute walk, 15 seconds if you run! All conveniently located in Station 3.

It's our 1st boracay adventure and Caleo is the best place to stay. Ate Weng and the rest of the staff are very accommodating to all of our questions and request same thing with the owner that very responsive. We will definitely come back again.

I am out of words to describe how grateful I am to be accommodated by Caleo Boracay. My experience has been worthwhile due to the affordability, security and safety of the accommodation. I love the fact that we get to cook our meals and bond with family members when we dine inside our rooms. Rooms are spotless; check-in process is hassle-free; and our stay is worry-free. Nic has been amazing as a host. He raised the bar of being a wonderful host. Caleo Boracay deserves all the praises. Kudos!

The best thing about the flat is that it’s just few metres away from the beach. You can literally just jump into the swim suit at the flat and go for a swim. It’s also on the side of the island that’s quieter which is amazing. All the bars and party places are on the other side which is only 15 minutes walk. The only thing that we haven’t thought about is that there’s no windows in the apartment. It’s helpful if you wanna sleep a bit longer. It’s a great place in general and would definitely recommend it

The place is spacious and conveniently located near White Beach and D’Mall, making it easily accessible. The host was very responsive, promptly addressing our questions and concerns. Highly recommended!
