Excellent apartment, clean and beautiful place has a wonderful sea view on the terrace. My family and I love the environment, close to the beach about 90 meters from walking distance and has nearby beach huts. The property offers everything we need, from towels, clothes, sheets, a bedspread and practically complete kitchen utensils. 10 out of 10 for everything.

My family and I had a great time at Ingrid's apartment! The structure is wonderful and completely faithful to what is advertised! The apartment is very complete, with everything very organized and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms, in addition to being well arranged, are very hygienic. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are air-conditioned and cozy. Ingrid welcomed us very well, was available to help us with any need during our stay. Very respectful, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend the apartment!

They were excellent days in Fabrício's apartment!!!The apartment is wonderful facing the sea, very bright and airy! Fabrício is very attentive, kind and always available when we needed some information. Mr. Flávio, condominium concierge, is also an excellent person!!!

Casal super receptive and always helpful. They gave a lot of tips for sightseeing. They helped a lot. Apt. very tasty, wide, facing the lagoon. Beautiful look.

Besides Chris being super helpful, he described exactly what the accommodation is! An apartment overlooking the river, extremely clean and organized, everything brand new. You won't even want to leave the apartment. I will definitely return and refer to my friends!

We were in a group of 10 people, but the house still comfortably accommodated 2 people and 2 more if the guests slept in hammocks. The bathrooms are excellent, the house has 5 and this makes the accommodation much more comfortable. Overall, the experience was excellent. From the moment we booked the house until the end of our stay. Rosane is a great host and helped us with exactly everything we needed before, during and after. The care for the environment and the reception at the house was up to Tereza, who is a sweetheart, a local resident who welcomed us very well and made sure we had everything we needed. In short, I highly recommend it and hope to return again.

The coast of Piauí is wonderful. Clean, warm waters, beautiful beaches with wide stretches of sand. In some places the structure is too small to meet the demand, such as Barrinha, for example. But in other places like Barra Grande and, especially, Luis Correia, the structure is better. I only have compliments about the accommodation. The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and full of amenities. The leisure space is perfect, with a SPA, brewery and wine cellar. We had a great time. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated, with excellent air-conditioning, very important because of the heat. Anyway, I highly recommend it, it's really worth it.

Samurai's guest house is a very special place, it's very close to the beach, less than 3 minutes walking! I went kiting at the best spot of Prea Beach with no effort. The location is just perfect in the middle of all the good restaurants. Gunther is also very kind and he was there to explain everything about the region and he is in fact a very good kitesurf instructor himself. He organised a downwind together and it was an incredible experience. The apartment has everything you need, the air-conditioning is a plus. It has also a kite storage and a very good and clean bathroom. All the supermarkets in Prea Beach have a delivery service so no need to run around, Gunther gave me all the directions on what to buy. After a day of kitesurf I got so tired that I stayed at the pousadas to have a nice meal. I really recommend Samurai's guest house!

Great place! Rodrigo always very attentive and clearing all doubts. Near the main center of the big belly, a few minutes by car. Zero complaints, good pool, quite large Ap, private parking, everything ok!

About access and hosts: they respond quickly and give great tips, access is easy and well explained in the instructions given. About the beach: calm, quiet and great for swimming. About the city: Maramar beach has very few nightlife options during the week and even on the weekend, good beach huts that are open until 5 p.m. There is a bakery and a small market, larger shopping Luis Correia, which is about 30 minutes away. About the condominium and apartment: impeccable, close to the beach, you can walk. Good accommodations, everything clean, beach and ocean view from both the side window and the rooftop. Clean pool and a good space for kids to play. Great for fun and relaxation Note: in the rainy season, flies are a problem but nothing that gets in the way too much.
