It has everything you need in a small space just like a tiny house, kitchen, shower, twin bed, small closet, table and chair for dining or work, smart tv snd it’s own air conditioning. It has lots of storage in kitchen cabinets, closet, drawyers and under the bed. Kitchen has sink, microwave, mini frig, and electric hot plate. So why is such a beautiful, comfortable space such a low price? Because it does not have a regular toilet. It has a porta potty , which functions the same. You sit, you go, you flush. There is no odor and we empty it regularly. It slides into the cabinet, out of sight. Guests will enjoy shaded outdoor patio, which may be shared with other guests in the other apartment.
