Die Wohnung verfügt über einen der schönsten Balkone der Mittelmosel. Außerdem stellen wir Euch zwei Elektroräder zur Verfügung, um unsere schöne Landschaft zu erkunden.

Liebe Gäste Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft auf eurer Reiseetappe oder einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Motorradtouren oder Radtouren in erholsamer Atmosphäre sucht, dann freue ich mich euch begrüßen zu dürfen. Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, z.B. in Dill der Elfenpfad 5 km oder die Altlayer Schweiz 5 km entfernt

In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Für größere Gruppen kann das über eine Treppe in der Whg. erreichbare Studio mit bis zu 4 weiteren Schlafplätzen (1 Bett 140x200, 1 Einzelbett, 1 Schlafliege (pro Person 20 € Aufpreis) mit gebucht werden.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
