Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Phoenix is a unique “bicycle themed” tiny house with a beautiful view of Badin Lake and the Uwharrie National Forest. It has tongue and groove walls and ceilings, 1 bedroom downstairs, and a 400 sq foot screen porch/deck.
