This is the second year we've stayed with Angela at this house. She is always very caring and makes sure we have everything we need. She is very responsive! It's a great place to meet up with family from other parts of the country and be together ❤️

If we need a AirBnB next year, I would stay here! It has everything we need,good location and Gerardo was always there for us. The only thing is ,it isn't in a very good neighborhood. If your from Merced, you know about Loughborough area. But we didn't have any problems,and we didn't even know we had neighbors.

Host is quick and responsive to messages. Very respectful and kind. Easy access and home was clean and everything just as in the pictures. Really enjoyed the stay and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.

Extremely nice house! It was exactly as listed and Brandon was very responsive and flexible. Spotless everywhere in the house when we arrived and the AC worked great!

We were in town for a wedding at the Washington hotel, it was walking distance from the house. The town is so beautiful, the restaurant next to the house was really good. The house was beautiful and I have to say the couch on the main floor was very comfortable, I wish I could take it home.

Our family stayed here to be close to a wedding. This place was a perfect getaway for our family. The place was clean, cozy and truly felt like home. The backyard is incredible and just sitting back there put our mind at ease. Jigisha was a perfect host and was very accommodating. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The house itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly spacious. It was perfect for my family; everyone had their own space to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the backyard—it was peaceful, well-kept, and quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We spent most of our time there enjoying each other’s company. Needed a place for my brother to stay while he helped me move to town. Karl was always very responsive to questions and was flexible with a last minute change request. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a 15 hour road trip!

Amazing retreat at Escalon! This villa is a real gem, very private, with such a nice swimming pool! Would love to come back!

My 2nd time booking with Tiffany, she is very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable, safe location, room as described nice for teleworkin, bed and linen clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend booking with Tiffany, as she will be my go to when in town.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. Grazie, grazie for sharing your beautiful home with us! Until our next visit...ciao ciao
