A place for adventure in the shadows of Mt Katahdin. Located on a quiet dead end road with many Amish people and horses . The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Baxter park, Katahdin woods and waters national monument, hiking, biking and white water rafting nearby. ATV and snowmobile from here on fantastic statewide trail system. Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.

Peggy and Wayne were gracious hosts- very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The space was immaculately clean, the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. They have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly want/need in the space. Everything was so organized and neatly labeled. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place! We had fun exploring the area's parks on bike, canoe, and hikes, all of which can be found in the helpful guide book Peggy put together. Thank you so much for having us!

Kyle was phenomenal. He really takes pride in making sure his guests are all set. He checked in with me several times to make sure everything was going well, and if I had any questions. I was here for a full month with work, and he was very easy to work with. The place is great for 1-2 people. Very clean and the place has a lot of character. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Very clean and private! Dealing with a very nice person is a bonus as well!

Our family loved our stay in Julie’s place! It has the most beautiful view of the water & mountain. The weather didn’t cooperate while we were there to be able to enjoy the views or outside as much. But can’t say enough good things about this property! You won’t regret staying here! There’s such good restaurants close by, too! Check out Knifes Edge Brewery & River Drivers Restaurant. Moose Prints Gallery and Gifts has amazing photography and gifts, the owners were SO kind!
