Ryan was an amazing host! Can’t believe how comfortable the bed was, we did not want to leave the bed! The patio was to die for, it was so relaxing feeling the Caribbean breeze. Ryan also hooked us up with a jeep excursion with Tiki Man Tours. That was an amazing way to see places on the island that only locals know about! We met Ryan as rental guests but left with a great new friend! Highly recommend and will book this place every time we return to St Thomas!

Villa Isabelle. Relax, Unwind & Recharge 2-5 B/B

Can't say enough good things about this little piece of paradise! Loved the location which is close to Cruz Bay, a short drive away. We could also walk to a couple of nice stony beaches via a short trail. The property is gorgeous with plenty of space for two couples and beautiful, quiet surroundings. Everything was in working order inside and out. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the large pond and stargazing at night, the hot tub and the grill for meals at home. We would definitely stay here again and hope to next year!! Thank you Ausra for your hospitality!

If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

This home was in a perfect location with lovely, modern and CLEAN amenities for our family of 5. The house was stocked with everything except groceries! But what will make us book with BOOK VI again is how helpful and responsive the staff was to any question that we had. The text thread was super helpful as a means of quick communication. In addition, they helped us book transportation to and from STT to Red Hook Ferry as well as give recommendations for day cruises around STJ. Def want to give a shout out to Kekoa (best cat cruise we have done in the Caribbean)! We would highly consider rebooking at Pond Bay Villa on our next STJ adventure!

Utterly exquisite! The host was most gracious. The home was exceptionally well appointed! The views from every single window were breathtaking! I enjoyed using the kitchen it was welcoming and luxurious. Honestly, this home will always have a place in my heart. The peace and tranquility made my vacation unforgettable. Easy drive to anything you want to do and if you get rained out this home would be the only place on the island I'd want to wait it out.
