Tanisha’s listing was superb, the pictures does not do it Justice. Definitely surpassed my exceptions. The pool deck is much bigger than it looks and the beach is less than 5 mins walk away. Communication and check in process was super easy. Will definitely be returning.

We arrived at Seaside Villa for a family gathering. The community is warm, friendly and everything you may need is conveniently located near the villa. We had people of all ages, the kids enjoyed the pool, the had a blast on the beach, every night we sat out by the pool and the kids entertained the adults with dances. The adults were able to have their own rooms, they were all beautiful, cool, and have privacy. The kitchen has everything you could need and more! Every morning I was able to pinch a fresh guava from the tree and take a walk to the beach for a swim. Treasure beach is amazing honestly, we loved smurfs for breakfast, and we hung out a lot at Lashings beach club, and everyone is so friendly and jovial! 10/10 recommend Seaside Villa, thank you Matthew and Deb for hosting us!

I absolutely adored Scotts Cove Villa. I’m already planning my return for another stay down in the year. Where do I begin… the moment you walk in you felt safe and at home. You are greeted by security in the gated community to check in the villa. Upon arrival the beautiful Scott’s Cove Villa infrastructure is so beautiful sitting right along the south cost with impeccable views you can see on every corner with the warped around balcony. The house was modern, clean, great smelling atmosphere, and easy access to get in and out. We really enjoyed the plunge salt water pool, kayaking, in the caves and getting our feet wet. Beautiful sunsets and the smell of Border seafood right in the back yard. Each morning we were woken up by delicious smelling meals our chef made us, real authentic Jamaican breakfast/ that was just so delicious and flavorful. Justin the host was outstanding he helped us with any little questions we had and even recommended us to local excursions and restaurants.

Ainsley has been very communicative before booking, during the stay and even after check out. Goofey the caretaker was very attentive and helpful and the place was really clean. The community is peaceful and seems very safe and the sunrise and sunsets from the property were awesome. Would stay here again. Good job Ainsley.

Amazing stay with Lucy! We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home that is exactly as seen in the photos. The proximity to the beach, the private pool and the views make this the perfect place to relax. The en-suite baths for each of the 3 bedrooms gave each of our group the space we needed. The best part however is the staff Lucy has put together to take care of you during your stay. Every meal (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and served at our convenience depending on our plans. Transportation for everything from the airport to a day trip to YS Falls/Appleton Estates, even a last minute scooter ride to the ATM was arranged quickly and easily. The house and pool were kept spotless. And best of all, the pups!! Sugar and Spice, kept us entertained and company throughout the visit. If a quiet relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas is what you’re looking for, this is it!! Thank you Lucy and the whole Turtles Nest family!

The location and design of this place really makes it stand out. The bedroom with two sets of large double doors that you can open to let in the sea air- heavenly! The two minute walk to a nearly private beach is a wonderful perk. The upstairs plunge pool is just lovely. We are good walkers so we loved the trek by road or by sea to Jake’s Place, Smurfs cafe, a local jerk chicken spot, and even a grocery store. The host or caretaker will help you get any transportation that you might need. They will also make it easy for you to find a ride to the Pelican Bar or another excursion. Really, though, the rooftop villa is so nice, you won’t want to leave much. It’s romantic, especially if you slide out the deck chairs to look at the stars.

My husband, and especially my adult children being this was their first experience visiting Jamaica loved the beach, ocean views and beautiful sunsets from this amazing beach house! Thanks again for your hospitality!

We had such a relaxing stay, the views are amazing, a few minutes and you’re on what felt like a private beach. The house is rustic, but extremely clean, it truly is a unique property. The town is so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Ital Mamma for delicious vegan food.

Booking Paradise Palms Estates was one of the best decisions I've made this month! With a wedding looming, I desperately needed a place for my family to stay. After getting scammed by another Airbnb owner, I was hesitant, but Mr. James from Paradise Palms put my concerns to rest. He was transparent, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about hosting us. The estate exceeded my expectations in every way. The photos don't do it justice – the property is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, ample space, and a serene atmosphere. My family and I, including my contractor father and brothers, were blown away by the design and layout. The perfect spot for backyard BBQs and relaxation. What sealed the deal was Mr. James' hospitality. He welcomed us warmly and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Plus, having him living next door meant any issues were quickly resolved. Overall, Paradise Palms Estates is a 10/10 experience. It's a home away from home in a picturesque countryside.

Treasure Beach is a beautifully unique place. The villa was a lovely surprise. Spacious, privately situated right near everything in the area. The host and staff were responsive to any questions or needs. We stayed for 2 nights. we would have enjoyed a longer stay. I recommend the villa. I would definitely stay again

Host was highly responsive with all our questions addressed within 5 minutes. House is very spacious and accommodates big family or group. Great scenery and place to simply relax from city fast pace.

I was surprised at how large the property was, and how new all the equipment was, it's ideal if you have a car, well worth it

The host was amazing, despite the hurricane knocking out the lights she asked someone to iron our clothes so I could get to my grandmother’s funeral and on time too. She went above and beyond and even gave me the option to cancel after I found out there was no electricity. If you can get past the fact it is not in Balaclava but just a few minutes out, then you will love this place. I intend to go back when I’m visiting the area.

The stay here was fairly decent. A lovely home away from home. Only real issue was the inconsistency with the wifi which the host was made aware. Would recommend to others.

The place was close to everything Treasure Beach. Walk to a quiet secluded beautiful beach. It was perfect for the price!!
