Vacation rentals with lake access in St. Catherine Parish

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left Toya HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT THE BEST ! Her patience, attentiveness, & hospitality was nothing short of AMAZING !!! 10/10 would recommend. The house was beautifulllllll. Everyone was in awe at how big & beautifully detailed it was. Each & every room and bathroom was clean, spacious with perfect lighting! I would definitely recommend booking this house as I can assure you will not be disappointed, might I add I’m hard to please! What a fabulous house everything you needed is available kitchen and utilities.The house itself has great kerb appeal good location with Cove beach within 10 min and (Porto seco 25 min ) all rooms are spacious with good bathrooms living room plenty of seating dining room seats 10 . The kids enjoyed the on site pool sad to say no food was available maybe not enough customers for the time of year (Bar the usual beers and shorts) Off site restaurants are plentiful and within minutes. Our stay at the villa was fantastic. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The pool and gym were ideal for us and not busy. The host was very accommodating I highly recommend staying at the villa.

Kings Palace is our home away from home. We love staying here when we are on vacation in Jamaica. Ian and Morvin are the best. They are warm and friendly and very responsive whenever we have questions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. You can’t go wrong with choosing Kings’s Palace the community is secure and peaceful, the pool is walking distance from the home and you can even walk to the shopping center that has Starbucks, KFC and Pizza Hut. 10 minute drive to Ocho Rios, Dunn’s River Falls, River Rafting, Mystic Mountain and Dolphin’s Cove. Can’t wait for our next family vacation!!

We had a great experience at this property. We booked it for our annual event, and it was the perfect setting. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also felt very safe and secure, which we really appreciated. We’d love to book again next year and would recommend it to others.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had renting from a host. I don't ever write these reviews and I'm not sure if I will again, but I had to speak to Samuel's resourcefulness, hospitality and willingness to ensure I had a smooth transition to and from his vacation rental. As an aside, I was traveling to Jamaica for a friend's wedding and we ran into several issues doing a destination wedding including car trouble from the rental company. Samuel went out of his way to use his local contacts to get us an affordable fix on the car, addressed the rental company on their poor quality of service and led our group to some local dinning options after what was a really tough day. The place is great; quiet, safe, clean and a quick drive to all your essentials, but the host is exceptional. Highly recommend this location.

My stay at this Airbnb was delightful from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat.

This place looks so much better in person. It’s a very quiet and nice ambiance it feels like home away from home. It’s minutes away from the beach, Jucci patties is near by and you can easily access taxis to st. Ann’s bay etc.

Best way to describe this host and the accommodation is A1 as it gets no better then this everything you need in a Airbnb and the host are very helpful and reliable I will be back again for sure

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The host was kind, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place to others!

Paul was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to my needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked and the location is great; 20 mins drive into Ocho Rios. Loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Ochi and surrounding areas!
