Monthly Rentals in Springfield

It’s a beautiful place - neat and well put together. A very proactive and friendly host. I will stay here over and over again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve rented. Stayed at the property about 45 days and appreciated every moment. Not only was the apartment space clean with an amazing fragrance, but it was pretty quiet especially being a basement apartment. I worked overnights during my stay and was able to sleep during the day with no issues. The Springfield metro train is a 13 min uber ride (approximately $15.00) which takes you into DC if you don’t have transportation. The Springfield mall is also like 15 mins away and there’s nice restaurant, Mike Andersons, about 10 mins away. Luis and his wife were extremely nice and welcoming….like family. The neighbors were really nice as well. Highly recommended!

Host was really friendly and responsive, the check in was really easy and location is a great neighbourhood. The place was clean and comfortable, I would definitely book again with this host in the future!

The dining table out on the deck, looking out over a forest and chirping birds, was just what we needed for dinner after a long day on the road. Aiden's place is elegant, clean, bright, check-in was a breeze, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was plenty roomy enough for us, and we will be back.
