Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Very cool space. If you like IKEA you’ll love Gary’s place! Modern, clean, clutter free. We knew the location was a bit out of the area we were visiting but it was nice to come back to the private, wooded deck and have a glass of wine at the bistro table! Toiletries were provided which really makes traveling easier. We didn’t cook but I would have loved to use that cool stove! Would stay again!

Nice neighborhood location with easy access to the river trail. It was cold and drizzly when we visited and both the main room and the bedroom were cozy warm thanks to the mini split in each room. The kitchen is functional and we used it to bake tea cakes for our college student. Would stay here again.

This place had a really wonderful view of the river! Overall, the house was clean but it definitely felt like someone else’s home, just to set expectations. But regardless, our stay was very pleasant. There was some road noise you could hear inside but that is quickly made up for by the lovely views and sound of the river.

This was my family's second stay at Jim &Sallie's. Initially, when we went to book our stay, we discovered that their airbnb was not available on the nights that we wanted to be there - so we changed our travel dates. That's how much we like it! It's in a beautiful and safe location. It's immaculately clean and tidy. It is very spacious inside, plus there is a huge deck with a view. You will not feel cramped. And to top it all off, you cannot ask for more kind and helpful hosts. We always feel so fortunate to have their lovely place to stay at the end of a long days drive. Thank you!
