Apartment vacation rentals in Spring Valley

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg’s place. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for us to cook dinner several times during our 9 night stay. We took full advantage of the swimming pool, using it nearly every day, and the heated hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Red Rock National Park, is just under a 20 minute drive away, it was a highlight that we visited multiple times. Greg was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, although I wasn’t there for much of the day I must say it did the job. The views and overall experience was great. There are things to be fixed here and there but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent. The photos don’t really do it justice. So helpful in sorting out the arrival arrangements. Really useful video to show arrival procedure. Lovely quiet, peaceful, safe location.

To start with, Imelda's place is VERY clean, probably one of the cleanest AirBnB's we ever stayed. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place, away from the strip madness, this is your place, don't look any further. The apartment is modernly equipped and decorated, SmartTV, great WiFi, new appliances, everything is spotless clean and organized even inside the cabinets. Plenty of towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies, and most importantly everything looks fairly new. Imelda was very responsive, gave us great restaurants recommendations around the area. The mattresses in both bedrooms are firm but comfortable. The parking spot is covered and right on the front steps. We visited the Red Rock mountains, which are 15 min away and they're beautiful. Overall, this place is top notch and highly recommended.

It was a great stay!! Just like the pictures, other than flys already in the rooms and only lamps on the rooms, it was great!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

This place deserves 20/10 rating! I absolutely loved this BnB! It was easy to find and get in. The host created this space to make you feel right at home! Very sweet and quick to respond. This place has everything! Whatever you could need for cooking is available, the bed was comfortable, plenty enough linens and towels. I will book again next time I stay in the area!

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!

A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.

Amazing stay in Vegas. Very easy check in process and the view was gorgeous. Room and amenities exactly like described and made for a great stay during the week I was in Vegas. Would highly recommend booking!

Stayed here for my 35th birthday and loved it. Room was definitely spacious and lovely. Working ac was great along with other great things, especially the tub and shower. Will stay here again. Elevator was slow on weekend but only issue but overall great.

This was an amazing Air BNB for my best friends and I!! The bed was so comfortable and it felt like we were back at home! I had some trouble with the lock but Alexis was quick to help me! Thank you for such a great stay!

This has been hands down the best air b & b I’ve ever stayed at! It is in a very private and safe location. The pictures do not do justice the place looks better in person! It is so spacious. I enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay again. Highly recommend!
