Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Spotsylvania County

Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

This a a wonderful house for big groups. Very comfortable and lots to do. Many water toys for the lake and a variety of games in the house basement. Hot tub, pedal boat, standup paddle, floaters, fire pit, pool table, karaoke machine, video games, one cannot get bored. The house is extremely well equipped with clear instructions all over on how to use all gadgets and amenities. The EV chargers are a great plus. We had a wonderful stay!

🌟 5 Stars – Unforgettable Lake Anna Retreat! 🌟 We just returned from a magical weekend at this Lake Anna lakeside home, and I can’t stop smiling! From the moment we pulled up, it felt like a slice of heaven waiting to be explored. • Breathtaking Setting: The lakefront views are absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise with coffee on the dock. The water was clear, calm, and just right for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. • Beautifully Appointed Home: The interior is bright, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The open-concept living area allowed everyone to hang out together, while the cozy bedrooms provided peaceful retreats after a full day outdoors. • Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: We loved the fully equipped kitchen—great for preparing family meals. The dining table offered views of Lake Anna, making every breakfast feel like a special occasion.

We had an amazing weekend at Soma Stays! The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were relaxing and perfect for the weekend. We also enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. It rained the majority of the weekend, but we had plenty to do and keep us entertained at Soma Stays! The “Speak Easy” vibe in the lower level was amazing and the decor of the entire home was comfortable, unique and exquisite! Highly recommend!

The house was nice, well stocked with everything you need. very quiet cove. Had family and grandkids down with us, steps from dock into nice shallow area for kids, everyone enjoyed. Use of boat slip was a plus. Also covered dock was great if you wanted to get out of sun.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Had plenty of space, downstairs area was great, and used the hot tub a lot. William was helpful and very responsive.

I had my bachelorette weekend here with 10 girls and had the best time. The house is way larger than it looks- so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch was such a nice place to eat meals and not worry about the bugs. We enjoyed the grill and the hot tub (which was clean) as well! The water was warm and we could go stick our toes in at the small beach at the end of the yard. We toasted smores at the firepit. The beds were all extremely comfortable and we all slept great. However one of the best parts was booking a boat ride with the hosts- they took us around the lake and we stopped at a place for lunch and it was just the best day. I highly recommend this place for a group trip getaway, we were very impressed :)

We had such a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat. The house is beautifully located with so many opportunities for amazing lane views.

The little stone mill was such a great surprise. It was very private and well thought out. Exceptionally clean and neat. The real operating water wheel with flowing stream added a very peaceful and relaxing time to our stay. Definitely was Soo glad I got the fire pit and hot tub packages. We ordered breakfast the second day. Wish we had ordered breakfast both days. Definitely recommend staying here. We wish we didn't have to ever leave.

This home was a dream come true for our getaway! It is in a very ideal location and not too close to your neighbors. We loved the house amenities - the pool table and hot tub were used most by our family. The king beds were the most comfortable mattresses we'd ever slept on and the pillows were great too! The kitchen was a great size for hosting all 10 of us and the living room furniture was comfortable. We loved getting in the lake and it felt fairly clean. We especially loved the water being warm and see through. Having the kayak and paddleboards made it extra special. Be aware that there can be a lot of boat traffic on busy weekends (to be expected) and it will result in quite a few large waves in your swimming area. My toddler loved playing in the sand and looking at the fish from the boathouse dock. We'd rent from Daniel anytime we are in Lake Anna. He was always helpful and responsive 24/7. We appreciated having a caring host and he made our stay extra special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Black Log Cabin in Fredericksburg. We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday and created unforgettable memories.
