Travel person special for one guest. January, February,March 2027 only available for monthly rental. This is a non-smoking Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Longer stays welcomed.

This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit is furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
