We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 52 miles to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect as we were there to attend a graduation at Whitworth. The sauna was an added bonus. Unfortunately it was not the weather for the pool. Mercedes was very responsive when I was in need of something and resolved my issue very quickly and kindly.

If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly cabin nestled in the woods, this home is a great find. It has several patios with excellent views of the morning sunrise and sunset, firepit, bunk beds, games, and little forts for kids to play in. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We'd definitely stay again.

The stay was great! Everything was neat and clean! It was well-appointed and whoever had designed the house did a great job of arranging things. Everything worked well and it was easy to check in and get into. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had enough things so we could make our meals. We wish we could have stayed longer and we'll definitely plan to stay again. The price was very fair with no hidden charges. VERY satisfied!

Perfect spot for a solo stay in Spokane. Super convenient location -- in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a ~10 minute walk to the grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for a quick ride downtown. Hosts were responsive and friendly (and their dog is perfect). Room is cozy and kitchen is well-equipped with any cooking utensils and spices/seasonings one might want. I really appreciated that the refrigerator and cupboards had designated storage areas for each guest room in the house. Kitty was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Overall, highly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again during my next trip to Spokane!
