Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spokane County

Gina and Mark were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was nice, clean and comfortable. Their little dog Bella was a sweetheart and loved our dogs. Overall was a great place to stay for a quick trip to see the family for the holidays.

I stayed here before 7 years ago so I knew what to expect but it's such a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. Rick was a great host and suggested places to go in the area. As a guest you are really felt welcome and to make it your own while you're there. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

I was in town for a dog show and having the park right there was just amazing. I opened the window in the bedroom and awoke to birds chirping!

My Daughter and I have been staying at Christy’s BnB last two years It is accessible,private and very clean ,cozy, well supplied cottage and very updated comfortable beds We give Ivanhole cottage a 10 plus ❗️ We always enjoyed the large deck to relax and love the lights Location is close to restaurants and Rosauers grocery store. Christy puts the PRO in PROFFESSIONAL 🌻🐑

It's been decades since I've book in a room in someone's house for accommodation vs the whole place. It was perfect for our needs. we were away most of the two nights we stayed and intown for my teenager to attend her boyfriends Prom. I enjoyed the neighborhood which is 5 minutes from downtown but so far away in feel. I did get a chance to talk to Aaron, who has many artistic endeavors and is interesting to converse with. I love Craftsman houses and Aaron made us feel right at home.

We stayed at Catherine's place for the days surrounding our son's wedding in a nearby town. The location was perfectly central and convenient for all the places where we needed to be during this event. It was such an inviting and comfortable home where family who came for the wedding also enjoyed visiting and sharing time together. Even though we were just minutes away from North Spokane, we felt as if we were staying in a quiet farming community. Catherin's home helped to make this memorable event even more special.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Great hosts, very responsive. The space was the entire walkout basement, and the hosts respected our privacy :) Very clean and spacious. Something to note, the walk to the space requires walking down a grassy slope that has a fairly decent slope. If you have knee or joint issues, or issues with climbing, you will want to be aware of this.

Third time staying here. Love the location and peacefulness of the neighborhood. The host, Charlaine, has thought of anything you might possibly need. Excellent place.

This place was perfect for our weekend in Spokane. It’s in a quaint neighborhood close to downtown. Electric scooters are great if you don’t have a car. Bed was comfortable! Would stay again.

Had a great 5 days here while selling at an art fair nearby. My venue was a 5 minute walk away and a grocery store and laundromat was also easily walkable. We never ate out, though tempted by the local restaurants. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, loved having so many basics on hand like oil and spices plus the eggs and cheese provided. The bed was comfy, the neighbors were quiet and we would definitely stay again.

Terri was very kind and accommodating, and had amenities to make the stay more comfortable, such as a water machine, a coffee maker, and snacks such as peanuts. I loved staying here and would stay again. She was responsive, helpful, and flexible.

We enjoyed our time in Spokane. I will say the bed was very soft and kind of collapses in the middle. Probably would be fine for one person but with two we were rolling into each other in the center all night. But other than that the room was fine.
