Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

This listing is a good sized double bedroom in a first floor flat, located on one of Cardiffs best streets, unique and popular for its colourful houses and well decorated gardens. The flat is perfect for a couple sharing or an individual and it very much has a homely, country cottage feel to it with wooden floors throughout and a nice sized balcony overlooking the gardens. A relaxing space which is only a stone’s throw away from shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk into the city centre.

Our spacious, bright flat on a quiet, leafy street is your perfect base to explore Cardiff. Just a ten-minute walk from bustling City Road and Albany Road, you’ve got your choice of global food options, and easy access to picturesque Roath Park. And when you don’t fancy going out, there’s plenty of space to spread out, including a king-size bed. The flat is awaiting some minor redecoration, so there are few areas in need of cosmetic repair, but it’s clean, comfy, and priced accordingly.
