Townhome vacation rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

Le logement est bien placé (accès à la plage en 10 mn à pied) et possède une place de parking. La terasse avec plancha est agréable. Cependant, nous aurions aimé avoir plus d'ustensiles de cuisine et la clim dans la chambre. L'hôte est très sympathique.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum - spendet auch viel angenehmen Schatten bei hohen Temperaturen. Die Unterkunft von Biljana ist wirklich eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Biljana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin; sie hat uns ebenfalls spontan leckeres Obst vorbeigebracht. Rundum Empfehlung!

Das Doppelhaus befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Dort ist ein sehr schöner Strand mit feinem Kies und suberem Wasser. Zwei Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Podgora erreicht man zu Fuß in 15-20 min. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten könnten besser sein und manches wirkt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch in den Schlafräumen nötig, nicht nur im Ess/Wohnzimmer im unteren Stockwerk. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Vesnas bolig passede fint til os tre voksne og et barn. Man skal lige vende sig til alle trapperne op og ned mellem lejlighederne og poolområdet. Vi savnede et toilet nær poolen, som vi ellers var meget glade for hver dag. Skildpadderne var til stor underholdning. Vi fandt et par gode restauranter i nærheden, men spiste også i Split nogen gange. Tog Uber til byen, det fungerede helt fint og kostede kun 6 euro inkl. rabat. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold hos Vesna og Igor

Zgodan studio apartman, taman za dvije osobe. Ugodan domaćin koji je dao lokalne preporuke i s kojim je bilo lako komunicirati. Blizu ste centra a opet dovoljno udaljeni da ste na mirnoj lokaciji. 😃

Apartman me docekao uredan i čist. Sve eje bilo kao na slikama. Domaćin gostoljubljiv i uvijek tu kad nešto treba. Lokacija je na mirnom mjestu, 3-4 min pješice od plaže "Prva voda" i od restorana "Lučica". Za svaku preporuku 10/10.

I believe Zanka manages Jeremy’s property. I had many questions about trying to book a last minute sailing booking in Šibenik and Zanka was quick to answer and she tried to assist me. So right from the start I was impressed with the communication from this cohost. The home is in a perfect location, and as others have reviewed, the terrace views are stunning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. We were aware of the quirkiness of the many stairs/levels so we didn’t really have an issue with it. (It made our nightly visit to Aroma Gelato located steps away feel well deserved 😉.) Zanka allowed us a late check out and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for accommodation on the island of Brac and found it in Pucisca! What a lovely village! Supermarkets, restaurants and even the beaches are at walking distance in a quiet but lively little town. We loved it! Lina is a very friendly host who offered an almost brand new apartment. Very clean and very complete! If we go back to Brac in the future, we will most certainly book this apartment again! Thank you Lina for a lovely stay!

We had a great week at the house. Right at the peddle beach with a beautiful view and close to the cosy centre. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Since it was October there were not many tourists but the weather was still very good. We would like to come back another time!

Ana en Sara super lieve dames. We werden hartelijk onthaald, kregen veel uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Sara gaf ons goede tips en gaf een goed adres om lekker te eten! Heel mooi appartement! We komen graag terug als we nog eens eens split zijn!

We absolutely love this home - the location is outstanding and the apartment itself is beautiful and very clean. Bruna is a great host - responsive and provides great recommendations. Highly rate this apartment - the only warning is the church bells start early. But then you also hear lovely traditional Dalmatian singing, so personally, it all works for me!!

Great location- close to the city centre for restaurants and bars/ clubs, equally close to the beach area and ferry ports. Should note lots of stairs to get up to the location as the homes are situated “above” the city centre area - no way around this. Easy to find the home based on Mo’s description, Mo was very responsive and helpful with coordinating our ferry arrival to the island etc. Space was clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning was amazing in the hot summer they are having right now. Neighbour was friendly and there for our assistance as well. All in all a great place to stay! We will be back!

We had a lovely stay in Simon's property. It was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs & another on the ground floor. The house is in a perfect location, a couple of minutes from the restaurants & shops. It has great character & was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Simon answered queries practically straight away. Staying there was a great experience for us. We would definitely stay again.

Ми провели чудово час! Господарі були дуже привітні та дружні до нас і особливо до дитини. В помешканні є все необхідне, також нас чекали прохолодні напої та пригощання, що було дуже приємно після довгої дороги. Зручні спальні, чудова тераса з видом на море. До моря достатньо близько, поруч є також невеликий магазин та ресторан, де ми кілька разів вечеряли. Є невеликий пляж з зручним заходом в воду де було добре бути з дитиною, та багато скелястих пляжів.

Rafa’s house was the perfect house for our holidays in Brač island. It is located in the small town of Selca, served with supermarkets, ATM and free parking close to the house. The house has everything needed for a big family, even toys for the kids. The most beautiful beaches can be reached soon by car and the people in the town is very friendly. Božidar and his family were amazing hosts taking care for any detail to make our stay special. Every day they surprised us bringing local vegetables and they make for us the traditional local sweet palačinke. I fully recommend this house to those who want to spend the perfect holidays in Brač island.

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Marija nous a proposé un autre logement ( car imprévu lié aux anciens invités/voyageurs), il etait encore mieux que celui que nous avions réservé et situé idéalement en plein centre historique Hôtes sympathiques, réactifs et arrangeants Le mari de Marija est même venu nous accueillir à notre sortie du bateau pour nous guider vers l'appartement afin de répondre à nos questions ( notamment informations touristiques) Superbe séjour à Korcula je recommande Merci

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We also loved the location being so peaceful and right next to the water whilst only a short drive away from Split. I’d highly recommend and would definitely be keen to return!

Prelijep i čist apartman i susretljivi domaćini. Brinuli su da nam ništa ne nedostaje, dočekali su nas keksima i pićem 🥰. Plaže i restorani su u blizini apartmana, a Sutivan je idealan za miran odmor. Ako ćemo se vratiti na Brač, obavezno se vraćamo u ovaj apartman.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The owners gave us such a warm welcome and even prepared a lovely charcuterie board with a bottle of wine and some thoughtful souvenirs — such a kind gesture. They allowed us to check in early and took the time to show us around the property before handing over the keys, which we really appreciated. The Airbnb had everything we needed, including handy extras like a hair straightener. It’s also in a great location — just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Split city centre. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely amazing - truly better than I could have imagined! The Airbnb exceeded all expectations. It was clean, comfortable, & beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host, Ana, was very responsive & helpful throughout our entire trip. Her parents welcomed us upon arrival and were incredibly lovely. They took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment & made us feel welcome right away. We had enquired about a coffee machine, & Ana kindly arranged for one to be brought the very next day - complete with coffee & biscuits, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect for exploring the area & soaking in the stunning Croatian coastline. The village itself is peaceful & charming, yet offers plenty of great restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, & cafés. It also has excellent connections to both Trogir & Split. I would love to return & highly recommend! Thank you Ana!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Angekommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt! Der tolle Strand ist direkt über die Straße - keine 50 Meter und du kannst zwischen Sand- oder Kiesstrand wechseln. Das Meer ist sagenhaft schön und das Wasser glasklar! Das Apartment ist wirklich toll ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist der wunderbare Außenbereich mit der Outdoorküche und dem Kamingrill. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist auch vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch die Sauberkeit im Apartment hervorheben - ich hab noch nie so eine saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden!!!! Iris war so nett und hat uns zum gemütlichen Ankommen schon Erfrischungen und etwas Süßes hinterlegt - sooo nett! Alles in allem - ein echt traumhafter Urlaub in einem sehr sehr empfehlenswerten zu Hause!
