Monthly Rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

Couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to stay for our 4 weeks in Split. The location is impeccable - extremely close to the Diocletian's Palace and Riva waterfront but tucked down a quiet residential street, very close to a wide variety of supermarkets and great restaurants. Negri clearly takes great care in preparing the house for her guests, and when we arrived on Sunday evening on a public holiday (almost everything was closed), it was a massive relief to see that she had stocked the house with all the daily necessities and utensils you could imagine. The house was very clean, and the bed was honestly the best I've ever had in all my years of staying at Airbnbs. Truly couldn't have asked for anything better, will absolutely book again for our next visit to Split. Thank you Negri!

A very nice and clean accommodation. Beautiful interior, nice to smoke, good supply of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The host was also very attentive with fresh flowers, asked how our first night was and she had all kinds of nice tips. Thank you. We have enjoyed it!

Grgo was a wonderful host and the apartment was phenomenal. My girlfriend & I stayed there for 12 nights and it was the perfect place to stay. The full kitchen already had cups and plates and anything you needed. The bathroom also had some basic essentially like shaving cream and laundry detergant, which was incredibly helpful just to have on hand. The area was safe and a very short walk to a kafić or the riva. If I had any questions, I know I could message Grgo and receive a response back quickly. Would absolutely come back to and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anita’s in the Old City of Split. If you want a “locals” experience I highly recommend this apartment. The unit is beautifully decorated and with modern and luxurious amenities. We loved being right in the old town walking to the palace, numerous restaurants and the waterfront. Parking is very close by as well if you need a car to explore outside of Split. We look forward to a return trip to this beautiful city.
