På dette romslige og unike stedet kommer hele gruppen til å være komfortabel. Tilgang til stort, solrikt uteområde, kort veg til stranden og fjellet. 10 minutt til buss-stopp. Buss til Ålesund sentrum ca.30 minutt. Gode fiskemuligheter i sjøen og i fjellvann. Et utmerket utgangspunkt for mange turistattraksjoner som Sunnmørsalpene, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Fyr, Giske. Et spektakulært og tilgjengelig område for fjellvandring, toppturer og rekreasjons-opphold i vakker natur.

Velkommen til vår koselige leilighet på Holstoppen i Ålesund! Med en perfekt beliggenhet på "Moas tak",kan man nyte natur og utsikt rett utenfor stuedøra, men man har samtidig bare 1,7 km gange fra kjøpesenterene på Moa.Dette er dermed stedet for deg som ønsker både nærhet til byliv og ro i naturskjønne omgivelser. Leiligheten er på ca 60 m² og har en romslig stue med kjøkkenkrok, et soverom med sengeplasser for to personer,samt et bad med vaskemaskin. Vi gleder oss til å ønske deg velkommen!

Cosy apartment in a peaceful area

Relax by yourself, with the family or friends at this peaceful place. Central location: - 10min drive to town center, - 15min walk to one of the biggest shopping center in Norway (Amfi Moa). Parking and charging for EV available. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and washer dryer combo. One Bedroom with 150x200cm bed, second one - 120x200cm. In a living room it is a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm. Baby crib/cot is available. Very comfortable and fully renewed summer 2024.

Velkommen til øverste etasje i Grønebelgvegen 25. Nyt en kopp kaffe og frokost med nydelig utsikt over Sunnmørsalpene og Ellingsøy fjorden. Leiligheten befinner seg i et rolig nabolag. Her er bysentrum 5 minuter kjøring unna. Fjell og turområde lett tilgjengelig, i tillegg til alt Ålesund har å by på i direkte nærhet. Leiligheten har det meste man trenger for å oppleve Ålesund på en behagelig måte. 2 soverom. Tilgjengelig parkering for opptil to biler. Egner seg ikke for barn under 5 år.

Det er mulig å leie naustområde, med fiskeutstyr, 2 sup-brett og bålpanne..Dette avtales med vert ved behov senest dagen før. Gangavstand til matbutikker, apotek, treningssenter, frisør og restauranter

Leiligheten er en del av huset vårt, men låses av ved utleie. Dere har egen inngang. Hagen deles om vi er hjemme. Parkering er mulig på tomten, og Elbil-lading inkludert. To soverom/lekerom, stue, kjøkken, kontorkrok og bad. Her er tv, leker og hobbysaker, uteleker som badminton osv.

Her er WiFi, TV (fiber). Stedet mitt er bra for de som reiser alene og bedriftsreisende (2 senger: en dobbel og en enkel) og par. Dyr- og røykfri leilighet med god plass ute :) Parkeringsplass og fine turmuligheter. Håndklær og sengetøy følger med.

Beautiful place, nice and cosy apartment and friendly hosts!! We were very satisfied overall, the apartment was exactly what we wanted, the location is good if you own a car (20min from the city center), the nature nearby is really really beautiful and peaceful and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! The only minor downside was that sometimes we could hear the owners that live right above the apartment.

Dejligt dobbelthus i rolige omgivelser. Ligger centralt i forhold til indkøb og seværdigheder. Jean Andre var hurtig til at besvare beskeder. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne bolig.

Skinnende ren og flott leilighet som trygt kan anbefales. Dette var mye valuta for pengene og en hyggelig opplevelse som vi kommer til å besøke igjen. Seriøs vert, trygt og sentralt nabolag.

Stor og sentral leilegheit med god plass til familien på fem. I gangavstand til sentrum. Emil gav tydelege instruksjonar og svarte raskt. Veldig fint at han var fleksibel då me spurde om å få sjekke ut litt seinare enn først avtalt. Kjem gjerne tilbake hit.
