It was a pleasure to live in this apartment. Right outside the door you can go for a nice walk. One cat also came to visit and said hello. The city center of hoorn is lovely. We had plenty of time and space to relax.

Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also allowed to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at the Farm with Patries and Mike! We had the most amazing time staying at Patries and Mike’s farm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Patries and Mike are truly exceptional hosts – warm, generous, and full of heart. You can feel how much love and care they put into their place and into every guest they welcome. The farm itself is a little slice of paradise. Surrounded by nature, animals, and peace, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with what really matters. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds – and especially the proud rooster announcing each new day with great enthusiasm! There’s a real sense of authenticity and warmth here that’s hard to put into words – you simply have to experience it. Thank you, Patries and Mike, for opening your hearts and your home to us. We left with full hearts, new inspiration, and the feeling that we had just spent time with old friends. We can’t wait to come back!

The stay with Barbara and Paul was wonderful. The B&B was spacious, modern, clean, tidy and well maintained. Equipped with all the comforts and conveniences, except for a stove, the kitchen is complete. The garden is quiet and private, all day you have sun and shade, wonderful by the water. You can park at the residence. The location is in the middle of Noord Holland, in half an hour you are both on the IJsselmeer and on the North Sea. Within a radius of 30 km, you can go anywhere. And Barbara is a very nice and kind lady. Pleasant to communicate with. We will certainly keep this location in mind when we have all kinds of plans in Noord Holland again.
