The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center. You can discover Le Mans and its region but also rest in the quiet of our garden in the middle of the fields.

Bed linen is provided. Towels. You can access the circuit in 5 min by car. Public transport passes right in front of the house. A barbecue is available for your use.
