Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Spanish Town

Our stay at Sharon's Airbnb was exceptional. As an individual who has OCD tendencies, I was extremely impressed and pleased by the cleanliness and airiness of Sharon's apartment; it exudes a very inviting and peaceful ambience from entry to the rear of the home. The rooms are very spacious with adequate drawers and large closet spaces that lent themselves to easy access to our belongings; the amenities provided comfort and convenience for us. We found Sharon to be an excellent host, her instructions were clear and she responded promptly and addressed all inquires that we had, she also assisted us by providing valuable information of places that were of interests to us. Sharon's home is located on a secured property and quiet street, but within minutes of frequently sought attractions in Kingston, including restaurants, supermarkets, etc., this made moving around seamless. Bar none, staying at Sharon's place will be our first choice on our next vacation to Kingston, Jamaica.

The day we checked in there was a power outage in the area. Rayhnah was very responsive / proactive and provided candles and flashlights for use until the lights returned..the place was quiet and well cleaned/ maintained and we felt safe with the 24hr security. Also Great location! Thank you for hosting Us!

My family and I had a great time at Donovan’s place. The unit was clean and felt right at home. There’s a well equipped kitchen which made preparing our own meals effortless. Donovan communicates well and responds quickly. We had a very minor issue and he was there within minutes to resolve it. The pool is beautiful and clean, also the view is breathtaking especially at nights. The unit is spacious and accommodated my family and I easily, it was four of us. The location is in close proximity of popular restaurants and night life yet quiet and peaceful. All in all, a very beautiful home with all the amenities that were listed and a responsive host. Definitely staying again. Thank you Donovan!

Wonderful place!!! Looked just like the photos. Location, location, location very walkable to restaurants, the park overlooking the beach ⛱️ it was in the center of everything. There was a parking garage which was great because we had a rental car. The hosts were very communicative and responded timely. Only thing is we weren't able to gain access to the laundry closet because it was accidentally locked and no one was able to come out and unlock it. Other than that great stay! Will be back and book again!

Best stay I've had so far. The place was so clean and the instructions were a perfect guide. We'd love to stay there again next time we visit.

Melicia place felt like home. it's a quite and perfect location. The home looks just as described. I highly recommend anyone looking for a perfect vacation this is the place to be in Kingston. it's close to everything. Easy checking and security guard on duty 24 hours. I will certainly make this my go to place in Town. Melica is a great host quick response.

Very well presented, clean and comfortable one-bedder exactly as photographed but with plenty of 'little extras' that you don't often get in Air BnB's in Kingston which make the stay that little bit better. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kingston. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly gracious and responsive—with a warm and welcoming demeanor that truly made it feel like I was staying at a family member’s home. The space itself is beautiful—stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great flow and comfort in mind. It’s perfect for solo travelers. The pool and the view were stunning. While the gym equipment could use a little upgrading, it was still sufficient for a solid workout. The location is also a major plus—very central, with ample parking and helpful, attentive security who were also kind and accommodating. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The host's attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issues promptly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!

I always enjoy my stay here, Stephen and Norene are very exceptional hosts, the place is very clean cosy and has everything you will ever need they always provide snacks and refreshments for your enjoyment. This will always be my go to place whenever I visit Jamaica. I highly recommend Stephen place if you want an enjoyable experience

I had a great stay at Elevated Living! The host, Yannick, was super responsive and made everything easy. He sent very detailed and clear check-in instructions, so getting in was totally seamless. The apartment itself was excellent—super clean, spacious, and well-kept. The king-size bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. If you're heading to Kingston, I’d definitely recommend staying here. Great experience all around!

I always feel at home at Nordia's. It was my third time staying and I was able to run errands, conduct business, visit family and work remotely with no issues. Quite likely will be back.

Second time I’ve stayed at Nicole’s place and equally as good. Absolutely wonderful host of what has to be one of the better one-bedders on air bnb in Kingston in one of the better buildings.

The Irie Suite was a home from home, it has everything for you to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very spacious and had the option to use either the air conditioning units or the also very powerful standing fans which were remote controlled and the had the function of being able to be put on a timer. The shower was powerful and the bonus of hot water was a refreshing start and end to each day. All the amenities stated were available and when I couldn't find the dustpan, Moreen replied immediately as to where to find it. Moreen was an amazing host and has a home which is amazing value and extremely cosy to stay at. I would highly recommend the Irie Suite to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

I have had so many extensions to this trip it’s crazy 😂 the host and his wife has been extremely helpful and they never ever made me feel like I bothered them, I extended this stay I think four times now 🫠 I needed a quiet place to stay by myself and this little nest was amazing. Recommended to all my friends that visited while I stayed and will be my go to spot whenever I’m in st. Catherine 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Home was very comfy and exactly what is on the photos host is amazing she gets back same day the house has everything you need to make you feel at home this home is the home for your vacation book it if your staying in Portmore or if your traveling to Portmore won’t regret it

Twas truly a great stay was a group of 5 of us and we enjoyed ourselves the host was there if we needed anything and was very accommodating definitely a 10/10 and I would recommend and stay there time and time again . We felt right at home 😌.

Before meeting Ms. Denise she already was ahead of the game , giving us instructions & meeting us nearby to follow her to the place. A big help because the gps will bring you to the wrong address. On top of that , she gave us a tour of the house & near by shops . The beds are comfortable!!!! Master bedroom is big & felt very at home . Bathrooms are nice & big . Roof top was one of my favorite places. View is amazing . Gated house & grills to lock every entrance. Quiet community. IT’s everything we’ll be back .

Ms. Carol was an excellent host—friendly, easy to talk to, well-mannered, and understanding. Her home felt like a home away from home, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She provided games for the kids and had everything we needed.
