A bright duplex apartment with private access. You will stay in your own 1.5 room apartment (35 m²) with private entrance and staircase on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our detached house. Kitchen with everything you need. BONUS: In the fridge, a small breakfast for the first morning after arrival. Massage chair to relax. You can access the upper area via a small spiral staircase in the apartment. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a cozy double bed as well as a shower room. 3rd person on request!

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Close to the Grunewald and not far from the Olympic Stadium and the Waldbühne is this small basement apartment. Whether as accommodation for a Berlin trip or for concerts or sporting events, you have the perfect starting point from here. It only takes 15 minutes on foot to get to the Waldbühne or the Olympic Stadium. The nearest S-Bahn station is 5 minutes away. Messe Berlin is also only 5 minutes away by car.
