Vacation rentals with a patio in Spain

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

Wonderfully located apartment with an an amazing terrace - it’s worth the stairs! Food and wine recommendations were great and the welcoming hosts made us comfortable after a long day of travel. It was a convenient base from which to see the sights and wander in Barcelona. Lastly, Diana’s instructions were very clear as was the reference information inside the apartment. Thank you for a great stay!

El apartamento de Alfonso es maravilloso y aún más bonito que en las fotos. Además de la decoración de buen gusto, destaca por la limpieza y buena equipación. ¡El jacuzzi en la terraza es fenomenal y fue perfecto después de un agotador día de trabajo! La comunicación con Alfonso fue súper profesional y muy amigable.

De studio is echt perfect! Licht, ruim en een heerlijk terras. In de buurt veel voorzieningen en maar kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum. De studio is schoon, fris en van werkelijk alles voorzien!

Un lugar increíble! Merece la pena para desconectar y descansar del ajetreo diario. La atención de los anfitriones no puede ser mejor, son estupendos. El meson catro ventos que está junto al alojamiento es de muy alta calidad y su carne un regalo para el paladar. Nos ha encantado!

Ángel was very responsive and kind to communicate with. The apartment was very nice and well decorated! Highly recommend.

You couldn't get a better location for this apartment, and the terrace looking out to the cathedral etc was amazing. A bit hot for us English with 45 degree temperatures at times though! Air conditioning was well appreciated , and the lovely ceiling fans. Apartment was clean and well looked after. Would definitely come again.

Lourdes und José waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie reagierten schnell auf Anfragen und gaben sogar Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Nach einer abenteuerlichen Anfahrt, bei der Sie uns vorausfuhren, waren wir von dem Haus und seiner Lage sofort begeistert. Es war alles sehr einladend, durchdacht und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Haus war super sauber. Wir verbrachten 14 Tage hier und konnten in dieser ruhigen Umgebung super entspannen. Wir können dieses Haus für einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub in Andalusien zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Für die Anfahrt empfehlen wir unbedingt einen SUV zu mieten.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

A stunning property a stone’s throw from the Alhambra and most of the action in Granada! We were a group of friends staying here and found the house to be very conveniently located, with a stunning roof terrace. Jaime and his team were responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend if a larger group or family!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa. Alles was schoon, het zwembad was heerlijk en heel fijn dat iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer had. Ook de ligging vonden we top. Wel een paar kleine opmerkingen; het betreft een villa voor 6 personen, dan is het wel fijn dat het meubilair daar ook naar is. Zo had de living en de loungeset buiten maar plek voor 4 personen en was het beschikbare servies in de keuken te weinig.

Un logement magnifique dans un cadre paradisiaque ! Tout est réuni pour passer un parfait séjour. L extérieur du logement est extraordinaire et il ne manque rien à l'intérieur. Sans oublié Manol qui est un super hôte avec de bonnes adresses et des attentions délicates.

De woning was top!! Het was schoon en goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Rustig gelegen en privé. Het zwembad is top en word netjes iedere week schoongemaakt. Als je een fijn vakantiehuis zoekt is dit perfect!

Het contact met Mario was heel makkelijk en direct. Hij gaf vooraf allerlei tips en een goede beschrijving hoe binnen te komen. Als je komt voor een drukke omgeving met veel vertier dan ben je duidelijk niet op zoek naar een dergelijke plek. Als je echter zoekt naar een fijne plek om tot rust te komen en het Spaanse achterland wilt verkennnen, is het ideaal. Alles is zoals vermeld, het is brandschoon en er worden zelfs wat extra’s aangeboden. Zelf was ik hier slechts één nacht, omdat ik op doorreis was, maar om even tot rust te komen is het ideaal. Zou het dan ook zeer aanbevelen!

Sehr schöne & stilvolle Wohnung für 2 bis max. 4 Personen. Das Appartement liegt im schönsten Viertel Santa Cruz, daher muss man auch mit vielen Touristen rechnen, die gerne ein Foto vor dem Haus machen. Zudem sollte man halbwegs fit sein, da man einige Treppen hoch muss ;) Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Alicante & das Meer ist ein wahres Highlight. Würden wieder kommen!

Frédéric is the perfect host. He was waiting for us outside (accurate ETA!) so we didn't drive down the wrong drive. It is a short walk into the main town centre where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. A further two or three minutes to the main beach... but... the best beaches are a walk along the coast along a beautiful path that winds in and out of the cliffside. All in all we had such a lovely stay and great chats with Frédéric who is so amazing - thank you for making our stay so special.

What can I say, this is a fantastic property exactly as shown. Marcos is so helpful and kind. He met me at the apartment with the keys and was flexible with the time I was arriving. He left wine, water, soft drinks, salami as well as delivering pastries and bread to the door every day. The kitchen is well stocked with tea and coffee, oil, salt pepper etc as well as all cleaning products and soap etc. the penthouse balcony is beautiful, it is accessed via a spiral staircase which could be hard if you have mobility issues. It’s in full sun all day but has shade with the seating area, great for chillin and watching the sunset. Marcos was so helpful when we were leaving, even dropping us off to the bus stop . 5 star plus rating

Highly recommend this accommodation. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful host, the apartment was extremely clean and was facilitated with everything we could possibly need! Private parking was ideal for a rental car, 15 minute drive from puerto banus. Check out was quick and easy! Thank you again

We loved staying in David’s apartment, it is such a gorgeous space, particularly the roof terrace! The location is great, walkable distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. David was a great host, he gave very helpful instructions to find the place and met us to help with our luggage. He also gave lots of useful recommendations for places to eat/visit etc. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

Eva est une hôte accueillante, et nous a reçu avec une très gentille intention . son appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé,. La terrassé est un vrai plus pour se détendre et prendre un verre . Il est par ailleurs très bien situé . Je recommande vivement, nous reviendrons certainement

La pasamos súper bien. El piso se encuentra en una buena ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y los restaurantes pero a la vez en una zona tranquila, sin mucho ruido. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, la comunicación con Jose fue excelente: nos dio buenas recomendaciones y respondía rápido. La única dificultad que tuvimos fue encontrar parking la primera noche ya que llegamos muy tarde un sábado, pero entre semana es muy fácil.

Lovely apartment - great facilities such as a hot tub on the terrace, washing machine, kitchen and air conditioning. Very modern apartment. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay outside of Barcelona, with a 2 minute walk to Mongat Train Station. The apartment was very clean, and host Joaquin was friendly and attentive from the moment we booked the apartment.
