My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

The house matched the description perfectly. Hector and Edith were always available for all the questions I had and responded very kindly. It was a very pleasant stay. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

My family and I were delighted. The host Norma responds instantly. I wrote twice to announce that my family would come, so that she could let security know. She responded in less than 3 minutes. There was no need to write since the house has all the amenities, very clean, spacious, safe. Something very IMPORTANT, many properties in El Salvador run out of water and that house had water all the time. One observation for someone who has children is that the mosquitoes did 🦟 not bite us and on other occasions that is a problem because we never saw one on the property. Of all the ones I've been to, this is the best.

Place is beautiful the pool is big and beautiful. The hosts were friendly and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an exceptional place to stay, stunning views, clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, friendly security, very private and the best host I have had with AirBNB so far!! I highly recommend this place and host! We will be back in December for sure.

I stayed at Henry’s place for 2 weeks, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The apartment was super cozy and had this calm, peaceful vibe that made it really easy to relax. It was also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated — especially after long days out and about in the city. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The location was another big plus. It’s right in the heart of San Salvador, so getting around was a breeze, but it still felt tucked away enough to be a quiet escape. Henry was a great host too — always available if I needed anything, but never intrusive. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Very friendly and safe neighborhood we walked to store and they were very friendly at night we accidentally left car window open but nothing happened, super safe neighborhood, the host Hugo was super helpful and friendly. Super recommend this place

The place is so cute. The view of the city is unparalleled and the weather is beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that the last few kilometers to get to the cabin have some rough slopes that are difficult for a small car. Otherwise, the experience in this place is priceless. I recommend it!

Hilda was very attentive. We had a problem, and she resolved it as quickly as possible! A very nice, very comfortable house, you feel right at home. It's very convenient to many places and restaurants nearby. Plaza Merliot is a two-block walk away (10 minutes). We recommend it.
