The apartment is fully equipped (dishwasher, iron, microwave, electric oven and hob, coffee maker, etc.) so it satisfies all needs. There is a private parking lot with remote control, a car wash opposite the block, and the Agora fitness center next to it. The nearest supermarket is Merkur, Lidl 300m.
