Private pond with fish and a 5x10m heated swimming pool. 100km of cycle routes, including to the beautiful lake Etang de Puits, perfect for water sports. Horse-riding clubs 15min drive away. The house has a fireplace and a large dining table, 5 large double bedrooms (two continuous) for up to 12 people, and 2.5 bathrooms. Extra double bedroom and bathroom in annex house.

Ideal location in the heart of the hiking trails and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 20 min from the FFE Equestrian Park in Lamotte-Beuvron (reservation for the entire stay requested during championships). A discreet owner lives on site in a separate outbuilding.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.

The gîte sleeps 5 comfortably and up to 7 using the sofa bed. ATTENTION: shower rooms not secured.
