House vacation rentals in Southwest Rural District

This place met our expectations and the view is so nice and relaxing. We were there for fishing and had a successful weekend! Easy water access lots of parking on the property. House is well set up and has all you need. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommended

This apartment is located in a freshly renovated house located in St. Stephens. Everything was up to high standards including kitchen ware, linens, towels, bathrooms. There is nothing to complain about. Just how it should be in the airbnb business but unfortunately not always is.

Karen and Dave’s place was even better in person than in the photos! The decor was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and it was inconvenient that each bedroom had its own dedicated bathroom. The location was perfect, very walkable. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing as well with a great view from the living room!

Will definitely come back .. a lovely old house in a very quiet street just made our stay so relaxing .. kitchen was well equipped. Dennis even brought wood and paper to light a fire outside ., I would highly recommend this place .. 👍

Taryn's place was in a good location - walkable to both of the primary touristy areas of Saint Andrews (Kingsbrae and Water street). We enjoyed our stay, and made use of the space well. The bathroom is beautifully re-done. The layout of the home, as well as front and back patio, is very nice and perfect for a small group of 4 or less. One thing to note is that you truly are in someone's primary home, so you will need to expect that there is food in the fridge, no room to hang-up clothes, and it didn't seem like there were specific guest towels and/or sheets. While the description mentions this is someone's primary home, we weren't expecting how evident that would be with the amenities provided. All in all a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, the listing doesn't do justice to how well-equipped the place is – it had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful, and Deer Island is absolutely beautiful. Tanya was a fantastic host, always responsive and very caring, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Location was fabulous! On the water and close to all the shops . Very clean and comfortable home that accommodates a family very well . Our host was very responsive and had all of the amenities you need to cook and enjoy the outside! Would highly recommend staying there .

Abigail and Lecresha are accommodating and friendly hosts. They were able to host our group of five and offered an early check-in. The house feels cozy and in a beautiful, quiet location. Would definitely recommend it!

Five stars plus!!! Lisa was an excellent host. She communicated clear check-in instructions, provided various local recommendations, followed up after we arrived, and gave us several very thoughtful welcoming gifts. Lisa's place is spotlessly clean, felt like home, and has an absolutely gorgeous view. The deck is perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage. Walks on the beach right out the back yard felt like having the ocean all to myself.

We didn't come to Deer Island to stay indoors, but it was great to have such a comfortable and large base to explore the island from. The house is detached; next door to the owners' house (which proved very handy when it was too wet to dry our laundry) but completely private. We were a family of four and had tons of space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine was very useful. One regret: we only stayed for two nights. And always good to leave one tip for improvement: another deck chair in front of the house would be good.

great stay as always and again, sssooo much space and bedrooms for such a great price. top spot for large groups or just someone who wants a nice private space.
