Family-friendly vacation rentals in Southwest Finland

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie und waren zum 2.Mal dort und wir werden wiederkommen. Es ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Tolles Haus in lichtem Wald mit privatem Strand. Grossartige Bademöglichkeiten im ruhigen Wasser. Privater Anleger mit grossen Holzdecks auf dem Wasser. Sauna mit Blick aufs Meer. Grosse Aussenflächen für den Aufenthalt und das Essen. Grosser Grill. Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Wir haben absolut ruhige und entspannte Tage in dieser grossartigen Umgebung genossen!

Ihana pittoreski huvila! Vietimme juhannusta isommalla porukalla ja kaikille riitti tilaa. Myös koiramme oli tervetullut ja sai olla vapaana pihassa. Tunnelmallinen ja uniikki sisustus! Alue on kaunista ja rauhallista, hyvä uimaranta on ihan vieressä ja kyläkaupalle on kivenheitto. Tiina oli upea emäntä, joustava ja sai meidät tuntemaan olomme tosi tervetulleiksi. Kaikin puolin loistava kohde kun vierailet Teijossa!

très bel environnement,paisible, dans la nature.. l'appartement est confortable et à tout ce qu'il faut! canoë, bateau à moteur, vélos électriques, barbecue., il y en a pour tous les goûts!! sans oublier le sauna et les chaises longues face à la mer... une adresse à ne pas manquer!!

Great stay! House is very nice, spacious and clean, big yard for kids to play. Public transportation (bus) within walk-in distance if needed, easy drive to Turku and Naantali. Host is very fast to reply.

Hi! We had a great stay at villa! Antti was super friendly and good host. We thought that the beach would be more closer to the villa, so that was the only thing that we did not know before booking!

We had a fantastic and wonderfully relaxing time on this beautiful little private island. The island and the surrounding area are marvellous, beautifully quiet and the opportunity to explore the area by motorboat was a special experience for us. The hosts were also very friendly and very accommodating. Many thanks again and we would love to come back!

Meitä oli porukka naisia nauttimassa ihanasta oleskelusta tässä maatalossa järven rannalla. Isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, paikka oli siisti ja tilat olivat upeat. Suosittelemme lämpimästi tätä rauhallista pakopaikkaa luonnon helmassa!

Oikein mukava majoitus viihtyisässä miljöössä. Aamupalat olivat hyviä ja monipuolisia. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen ja vieraanvarainen. Voimme suositella tätä majapaikkaa kaikille!

Majoituin toista kertaa Tomin persoonallisessa ja tunnelmallisessa kodissa. Tomi oli meitä vastassa ja antoi hyviä vinkkejä viikonloppuun Turussa. Tomin kanssa viestintä oli sujuvaa, hän oli joustava aikataulun kanssa sekä todella ystävällinen.

Kanske lite kyligt, men så kan det ju vara i gamla hus. Kakelugnen var till stor glädje!

Séjour très agréable chez Marianne, hôte réactif et toujours à disposition. Le lieu est paisible et conforme à la description. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité, pour profiter d’un séjour mémorable à la finlandaise ! Je recommande ce logement.

The hostess was friendly and helpful. The place feels like home- largely someone else’s home and was not sterile or middle of the road. Lots of of stuff and kitchen utensils- have never seen such variety of plates, bowls, knives, cutlery, etc. also variety of spices was amazing. The sauna is simple and if you are not ready to jump to see you need to carry a lot of water. We enjoyed the beauty and simplicity.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Villa Harald. The villa is very well equipped and accommodates easily even a bigger group (we were 8 in total). The location is incredibly beautiful as well. Couldn’t have hoped for a better weekend getaway!

An absolutely stunning place in beautiful surroundings. The host Matti was very helpful and communicate, there is tons of space, very good amenities (especially considering the place is on an island in the Baltic!), the fishing in the area is great, the small bay is peaceful and pretty, the saunas and hot tubs are good, there are interesting historical things to see in Dalsbruk and Västanfjärd. Highly recommend for an extended family or a group of friends.

Ihanan rauhallisella paikalla! Puusaunassa tuli hyvät löylyt. Mökistä löytyi kaikki tarvittava! Erittäin joustava sisäänkirjautuminen. Viesteihin vastaaminen nopeaa ja info-viesti oli todella kattava.

Ryhmämme on kokoontunut tänne viettämään kesänaloitusta jo 7 kertaa ja tänäkin vuonna kaikki sujui odotetun onnistuneesti. Kohdetta on kehitetty hienosti ja varsinkin käyttöön rakennettu ullakko on erittäin hyvä lisä.
