Super convenient location for almost everything you need, only 300 meters to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops, nearby Chinook Mall, Calgary Stampede.

Bright one bedroom basement suite with living area and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a sofa, a TV and a work space. We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds.
