Just completed construction of a brand new 3 bed/3 bath house on the South Side of St Thomas. Centrally located close to beaches and restaurants. Modern amenities, high-end furniture, well insulated with cool air conditioning, huge 600 square foot deck with amazing view of the Caribbean. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite baths. Automatic backup generator. Additionally an SUV is offered through Property Manager. This House is brand new modern comfort located in the heart of paradise!

A private duplex is set against a backdrop of tropical greenery and ocean views. The driveway is lined with low shrubbery, leading up to the entrance. Palm trees are strategically placed, contributing to the serene environment of the secluded location.

Southern Cross On the Rocks offers amazing views and great location. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms & both queen and full sofa beds & 2 baths. On the Rocks is downstairs and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Limetree resort is a 5 minute drive. Havensite 7 minute drive & Redhook is 15 minute for great dining and shopping, as well as the ferry terminal to St. John.
