Vacation rentals with a patio in Southington

Abby and Curran are genuinely nice hosts. Their place is ideal for people who enjoy old homes, New England, and coastal life. The suite has a comfortable queen sized bed and an arm chair and sofa, perfect for reading and reflecting. The sofa also folds out into a bed. Chickens and rabbits welcomed us home after time away exploring Milford and the surrounding area. Americana at its best.

Staying at Kevin’s place was such a reset from Manhattan. It was cozy, comfortable and very breathtaking. Kevin has great response time and is willing to assist you while you stay. Will definitely be back soon!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Booked this property for Wesleyan Reunion/Commencement weekend. Was well worth it to stay in a clean, comfortable, and totally private space. All instructions were totally clear and David was very accommodating. Would totally stay here again for future visits!

We came in for a bridal shower. I 100% recommended to other out of towners this listing. Wanted to stay a few more days but our schedules wouldnt allow. It is definitely worth the 5 star review!! Will be staying here in the future to visit my sister less then 2 miles away!!

We had an amazing stay! The location was amazing and the hot tub was perfect! Lots of fun activities to do in the area as well and Marissa gave so many great recommendations. My husband and I had a great time !

Host went out of their way to make our stay special. We were down there for UConn graduation it was close to the school but far enough away to not be in all the traffic of graduation. Would highly recommended to other UConn parents and anyone visiting the area for school tours etc

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college and it was absolutely perfect. The cleanest and most generously stocked Airbnb I've stayed at. Extremely comfortable, convenient, calm and clean. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional stay just like the first time. This was my second stay. Jeremy is always responsive, personable and helpful. The dollhouse is a delight both inside and out! Everything one needs during their stay is provided. I hope to stay again because I cannot get enough of those delicious goodies that await you upon arrival!!!!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!
