Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds.
