Vacation rentals with breakfast in Southern Highlands

Paula’s place was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at, it exceeded our expectations in so many ways, very clean/tidy, she had an amazing supply of amenities and condiments for our use, all the best cereals, my kids were over the moon, beds were very comfy, unlimited supply of extra blankets if needed as well. The house is also so beautifully decorated as well, nothing has been missed here, anyone who stays here could never be disappointed, it’s truly amazing. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Paula you’re the best.

My husband and I had a lovely 6 night stay at Anita's place. It was a great place to unwind and good base for getting out and about enjoying the beaches and numerous coastal walks from Stawell Tops down to Kiama. The location is close to the beach so easy for a quick morning or afternoon swim down at the pool. The studio was very beautifully decorated and well equiped with everything you could need for a week away. Having the outdoor seating area was a great place to enjoy a cuppa and read books in the sun. We would highly recommend Anita's place.

Denise was a warm and welcoming host who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the beautiful Alpacas and Denise's gorgeous dog. The surroundings of the property are picturesque and the property is well located to all of the local towns in the Southern Highlands. Denise gave our kids Easter gifts which was so lovely of her and much appreciated. The house was clean and had all the creature comforts to make it feel like home. Highly recommend! Thanks Denise xx

Nola & Grahame are welcoming hosts with great communication. Located on a central road with a 10 min downhill walk to town or to join the coastal walk path. Otherwise just a 2 min walk to great pizza, general boutique store, bottle shop, cafe & F&C. The beds & lounge were comfortable, kitchen was as described, bathroom was new and spotless. In fact, the whole place was very clean and well curated. Little extras such as toiletries and tea, coffee, milk etc were provided. It is a very comfortable & cosy space. Would return & recommend

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home in Robertson. There were three families with children and we all absolutely loved it! The children loved exploring the serene grounds! We all had a great time sitting around the camp fire roasting marshmallows and making memories! We will absolutely be back !!

we had a lovely weekend at Rosie's place. Worked well with 8 people despite only one bathroom and toilet. Comfy beds, nice linen and towels. We made a bit of noise playing games until midnight, which didn't disturb owner who lives onsite.. Lots of extra amenities eg wine, cheese, chocolate. Close walk to town. Just a few suggestions. Tap washer in bathroom is nearing end of life. Lock on toilet needs to be turned around to work and could do with a few extra serving spoons. Thanks Rosie.

Loved our weekend away at Cockatoo Cottage! Jorgia was excellent with communications and so helpful. We had perfect weather for May/June so scored in that department as well. It's a small house but was perfect for our family of 4. Easily walkable to Bundeena shops and we had dinner on the Saturday night at the Bundeena CSC. My family did 2 hikes at the Royal National park and loved it. You can walk the loop track to the Jibbons Engraving sight from the cottage - took us about an hour and a half - close your eyes as you walk by the nude beach ;) The house has underfloor heating and a heat inverter which took the edge off the cooler nights. Thank you Jorgia for a wonderful stay! Much appreciated!

It was exactly what we needed after walking the Royal Coastal track! Thoughtful touches made us feel right at home, and the apartment was beautifully clean. We enjoyed the serene river views with plentiful birdlife which were even better for being on the first floor.

Loved to stay and felt like being home in Debra’s cute tiny house, where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen corner and bathroom equipment. When opening the fridge we were surprised by delicious food for breakfast. The apartment is very clean and everything lovingly arranged. The location is great, lot of thing to do around in Jervis Bay, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Debra is a wonderful host! She is always reachable and gave us a lot of tips for trips in Jervis Bay an surrounding. Can highly recommend to stay in Debra’s little cute beach shack!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Stanwell Park! The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and the lovely surprise of freshly baked bread each morning. Gail is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommended!

For our first time using an Airbnb we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment was immaculate and the views were beautiful. Close to some wonderful cafes and restaurants and the early morning walks along the beach were a great start to the day. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to explore Wollongong.

Jack’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Wollongong. The facilities were clean, comfortable and homey. Lots of extras were provided which made us feel quite welcome. An easy walk into town from the apartment. 😊

Highly recommend this hidden gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-min walk to the Lake & Warilla beach. The place was is so neat & easy to maintain. Anthony was extremely generous & filled the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese + a massive tray full of snacks, more bread, ice-cream in the freezer, fancy coffee pods + instant coffee which we prefer, kitchen paper, tissue boxes, ample toilet paper. Lots of cooking dishes, utensils, crockery & cutlery, everything in excellent condition. Beautiful TVs in the living room & bedroom. Excellent aircon in the dining room/kitchen, beautiful ceiling fan in the bedroom + an excellent pedestal sunbeam quiet fan in the living room. So many beach towels & bath towels, massive bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, good cleaning products in the kitchen. Anthony was extremely responsive when my husband sustained some deep skin abrasions & gave us antiseptic solution + application buds. Loved & enjoyed staying here. ❤️

My partner and I, along with our dog stayed with Anne for one night, she kept in contact with us throughout the day after my arrival time keep changing but she was nothing but accommodating! The accommodation is so quiet and peaceful it was nice to escape the Sydney noise. We had to leave early the nice morning but Anne ensured we were still able to avail of the continental breakfast before we headed on our travels! Would highly recommend to stay, and we'll definitely be try some of the forest trails for a weekend away!

Our airbnb space was lovely. A very private space with everything you needed. The linen was very soft and the bed so snug. Loved the beach theme with coasters and painting. The added breakfast supplies, wine, cheese and biscuits was a bonus. Would highly recommend this place.

What a great find for our family! We had family commitments over the weekend at short notice and found Sylvia’s beautiful guest house which accommodated our family perfectly! Everything was as expected and easy! The beds were super comfortable and the house fabulous for spending time in. Thank you Sylvia - we would love to stay again one day!

Julie and Phil are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our stay exceeded expectations. We enjoyed sitting in the yard by the fire, gazing at the stars. The living room is warm and cozy, a truly lovely place to return to.

From the moment we arrived every detail about guest experience has been thought of. There are so many little, thoughtful details that truly make you feel so welcomed. My highlights were; meeting Greg who was putting the horses to bed and happy for us to wander up and have a chat and meet the animals. The two dogs Chum and Bundy were really friendly and up for a pat. Plus, the duck pond with the viewing platform and seat. So cute! The firepit had all the wood and was ready to go which I really regret not making the most of this. The personalised card, treats and breakfast was really sweet, and they provided tips on making the most of the claw foot bath tub. It's hard to find an AirBNB that still cares so much about guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses and alpacas in the paddock, and waking up in the morning with the view of the horses frolicking around. It's was an unreal experience that allowed us to unwind from our busy lives

We had a lovely stay at this cosy and relaxing Airbnb in Berry. The space was attached to the host’s house but felt very private and peaceful, with a beautiful view to enjoy. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the main street. Ros, our host, was warm and welcoming, and took the time to show us around, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway close to town!

We loved staying at Bronwyns place. It was really nice, clean and homely and a perfect set up for dogs and babies. It’s in a beautiful setting and Bronwyn was an exceptional host who gave us great local Recommendations and tips. We loved the birds around the property itself was so peaceful. Perfect for a little family holiday.
