Walk to Se Division from a Sleek, Architect Designed Space

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

The apartment is a short walk to public transit to airport and downtown MAX line. GREAT FOR: Couples or individuals looking for a quite relaxing stay. Unusually quiet and private for Portland. No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

This apartment has its own entry, a very comfortable queen size bed in a basement studio setting. The location is quiet yet right in the middle of two of the most desired locations, the Hawthorn and the Division street. There are cafes, coffee shops, cider houses, bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance or bus. There are 3 bus routes close by and street parking is never an issue. The Kitchenette is very well stocked with most things you'd need.

Beautiful neighborhood High ceilings Large windows Beautifully decorated Plush King Bed in 1-bedroom-with a door 2nd queen bed living room pull out We'll need first & last names of all adults staying overnight and their home addresses per city ordinance needed before check-in. There is a locked access door adjacent to the bathroom we use in between guests to service the space. There's a photo of the door, last photo in the Addional Photos section of Photos.

Parents and grandparents return often for the quiet setting. The backyard sitting area is not included in the rental. There are two small dogs on the property, but they do not have access to the guest pathway.
