My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. The neighborhood is very safe, and it's walkable to Montavilla, a GREAT pocket of local pub scene with Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area!

The location is quiet yet right in the middle of two of the most desired locations, the Hawthorn and the Division street.
