If you want to stay in a quiet place on the shore of a pristine wilderness lake on the edge of a nature reserve... this place is for you. A compact beach cottage with space for 1-2 people, a cooking area on the terrace with a refrigerator, a countertop and hotplates. Running cold water. A wood-fired sauna where you can take a sauna and wash (outdoor shower). There is a lean-to and a campfire area on the shore. A rowboat is at your disposal. Composting dry toilet. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Kettula is a renovated lakeside property on the shores of Oksjärvi, about 55 minutes from Helsinki. This spacious cottage sits on a large lawn with a private sandy beach, pier, and a terrace with a 9-person jacuzzi. Indoors, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area with a fireplace, and a kitchen with modern appliances. A separate sauna building with panoramic lake views adds a special touch. Local cafes, walking trails, and small museums are within easy reach.

There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

An idyllic summer cottage at lake Rautavesi

An idyllic Finnish summer cottage right next to the Ellivuori Resort! Beach is only 100m away, all the activities (including fat biking, flowpark, stand up paddling and in the wintertime skiing and downhill skiing) only a walk away! Our cottage has all the facilities, including a sauna where you can enjoy the view of the lake! The area offers activities for the whole family - Tampere is only 50km away, Sastamala 16km.

The cottage is located on a large 3.5-hectare lot in a secluded area surrounded by small ponds. You can enjoy the gentle heat of the wood sauna and then relax in the warm water of the hot tub. At sunset, you can see moose, deer, and other forest animals grazing in the nearby field from the terrace. You can also head to the nearby forests to pick mushrooms and berries and prepare dinner from them. Small pets are allowed!

Villa Ropan pienet mutta modernit mökit sijaitsevat rauhallisella paikalla vanhojen hiekkasoramonttujen rannalla Laitilassa. Jokaisella mökillä on oma lampi, oma ranta, puusauna, laavu, puucee ja iso terassi. Mökeiltä ei ole näköyhteyttä toisiin mökkeihin, joten täällä saa nauttia luonnonrauhasta täysin omassa rauhassa.
