Monthly Rentals in South Water Caye

We loved our stay at Pineapple Hill. The property is a piece of paradise tucked away in beautiful jungle surroundings with stunning hummingbirds and a wonderful natural swimming pool. Our stay exceeded our expectations and Steven and Nancy were great hosts. The effort they have put into their accommodations on Pineapple Hill does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be going back.

The location was easy to find. Tracy was very responsive to my many questions. We got a free upgrade to the Canal House, which was larger and more luxurious than the one we booked. However, the stairs were problematic for me, and Tracy got the Gate House ready within 24 hours, which was a big improvement for me. I am so grateful that they worked so fast, and we were able to relax immediately. The Gate House was immaculate and had wonderful linens. They provided enough bath towels and beach towels for our stay. Laundry was on site. The Gate House was just steps from a private beach and beautiful pool. Tracy provided boogie boards and other small things on request that improved our stay even more. I would say he is a Superhost. The AC and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I only noticed one power outage (not Tracy's fault) while there, and it was pretty short. We found the entire house to be really comfortable. I don't think we will visit Hopkins again, but if we did we would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Placencia! Perfect location for walking to restaurants, the beach and the grocery store. We enjoyed having our daily siesta in the lovely air conditioning, but utilized the screened in patio for reading in the hammock and hanging clothes to dry. Nice bathroom and shower, comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful and as described. We had a few rainy days and heavy wind so it was nice to have a wonderful home to hang out in.
