Monthly Rentals in South Townsville

The location is really central. Probably suits people heading to the stadium. The local street is full of Steakhouses, pubs and Indian Food, but more diversity is not far away. Close to Flinders Street nightlife, but not noisy. The owners wanted to meet personally to handover the key, which was ok, but meant I kept having to open my laptop to communicate with them, when my arrival schedule was a bit unpredictable due to work commitments. The rooms are much bigger than expected, and the lounge doors open onto a semi private outdoor lounge area. Then there's about 4m of nice grass, and then there's the pool and spa - so close! Infinity pool with view across the river to the rest of Townsville - it feels like a nice place to hang out. xx

Needed a comfortable, affordable, self-contained place to stay for a week and was very happy with this choice. Modest digs but had everything I wanted and would gladly stay there again in the future. Good job Janis, hope lots of lovely people come to stay with you. Thanks!
