Super solid place! Great location and affordable parking nearby with all the stores you could need. When visiting philly staying on broad street is most ideal so this listing was a great find. About a block from the metro. If you’re a tourist and want a classic cheesesteak, the famous Pats and Geno’s intersection is walking distance (both open 24/7). The room is definitely small but perfect for 1-2 people on a quick trip, has everything you need and felt super safe. Host is very professional. Some other reviews had mentioned noise from others but we never saw or heard any neighbors, had access to a nice window, and the AC unit was powerful in the best way possible (we had a heat advisory while we were there so having good AC was super important). Would definitely stay here again, GO PHILLIES!

I would stay at David’s place every single time i visit Philly, no doubt. When i first arrived, David greeted me and helped me with my luggages. The place was amazing and even better than the pictures, great room with lots of natural light , you ll also have your private bathroom and a private mini fridge in the 3rd floor of the house. David and jerry were extremely nice to me , they always recommended the best places and restaurants to visit while in town and even invited me to dine with them multiple times (David is an amazing cook). I felt exactly like home , very calm atmosphere, everything was extremely clean and tidy , David and jerry were extremely helpful and would respond in a matter of minutes whenever i needed something, they became like family to me, and they have an amazing dog and cat. I would simply rate my experience as a 10/10 , it was absolutely wonderful and i was so happy during my stay and felt a little bit sad when i left. Totally recommended

If you are traveling to Philadelphia, you are not going to find a better place than Kathy‘s place. The location, the spaciousness, her super cool cat, and everything about it is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the area. Kathy makes sure you have everything that you need. The room is spacious the private bathroom Has all the amenities you could possibly need.
